Very disappointed I purchased a dinning room table from Wayfair. It showed up on time and I paid to have it assembled. Once it was put together I noticed damage, pieces missing overall poor quality. I am hoping there Customer Service resolves my problem

Incredibly instructions ask you to cut a grove in bottom of door with a chain saw

I wanted to share my recent experience…

I wanted to share my recent experience with a large company regarding a shed purchase, which unfortunately has been nothing short of a nightmare. After over a hundred emails, I’m still left feeling frustrated, with no resolution and out $500. But Wayfair does so many commercial that cost a lot but can’t look after their customer.
The shed’s quality was extremely disappointing; after only the second snowstorm, the roof began to cave in. I had to clear snow off the roof multiple times just to get it through the winter, only to eventually dismantle it and toss it in the garbage.

Throughout this ordeal, Wayfair kept telling me there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the manufacturer. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they claimed they couldn’t locate the invoice and directed me back to Wayfair. This cycle repeated itself, with numerous people involved, but no one managed to resolve the issue.
I genuinely believe the company needs to improve their customer service should be replaced with difference robots as that the way they come across the emails.
The shed arrived in August, but due to various projects, it wasn’t installed until end of September and even then, it was clear the product was poor quality.
Since August I have not ordered anything anymore and I attend to di so and have unsubscribe from all the email, and I wish we could add the reviews to the TV commercials..
Well to finish this off do not order from them anymore…

I am forced to give 1 star but they deserve zero

I am forced to give 1 star. Wish I can provide zero star..it is so bad and hopeless..places order for Gazebo and it is delayed. I contacted Wayfair online and asking them to cancel the order since it is not arrived and I will be placing another order for bigger size. But these dumb people in customer service asking me wait and receive order and then return by paying extra charges of almost $100. !!!!
Price of Gazebo is not competitive and available cheaper in the market but I am still going with them for replacement. Very bad customer service. Hopeless!

Why do people shop here

I'm sorry, but to have the return shipping be on the customer is something that will keep me away from Wayfair indefinitely. This is not a small business. I'll stick to my free returns with Amazon for my cheap crap thank you very much. I don't even get why people shop here when Amazon exists.

Prix de la Semaine Wayfair= N’importe quoi

J’ai acheté 2 tables de chevet pendant la semaine Wayfair où nous sommes supposés avoir de meilleurs prix
Plus de 2 semaines plus tard, mes tables ne sont toujours pas arrivées et le prix a chuté de 30$ et il n’y a aucune possibilité d’avoir un ajustement de prix.
Tout ça pour dire que la semaine Wayfair C’EST N’IMPORTE QUOI !
Ne vous fiez jamais à leurs prix!

The tables were described as marble…

The tables were described as marble round end tables with storage. What I received was a cheap, pressboard imitation made to resemble marble.

To make matters worse, I was charged to return items that were not accurately represented in the first place. That is unacceptable.

I will be cancelling my account after I receive my partial refund.

Garbage customer service

Garbage customer service. Ordered a cabinet, comes in two boxes. They only delivered one, and every day made up another excuse why it wasn't their problem. And yet they could never even provide tracking info.

Days and days of run around. No resolution, so I've filed a charge back to my CC, and have started sending Wayfair bills for storage of Box 1, since they haven't collected it yet.

DO NOT USE WAYFAIR CANADA.

First and last time buying something…

First and last time buying something from Wayfair. I ordered a $469 bed for my daughter. A few hours later I noticed the price was reduced by $70. It was then $399. I email 3 different times asking for my $70 back. No response. I got the order. Haven’t even opened it yet and I decided to do it one more time through the “contact us” instead of replying to an email. They texted me back right away and said that it’s against their policy to refund the money. What a joke. I guess it’s my bad for not reading the reviews first. Last time I will do business with them. If I could give them a “0” instead of a “1” I would!!

5+ Orders Later… Still Impressed!

I think it’s safe to say I have a bit of a Wayfair addiction at this point! I’ve ordered 5+ pieces from Wayfair, and somehow… I’ve loved every single one (which honestly feels rare these days!).

From the moment you click “order” to the second it arrives at your door, the whole experience is just easy. Delivery has always been smooth and on time, and everything shows up super well packaged; no horror stories here.

And can we talk about assembly? Because I usually brace myself for chaos… but nope. Clear instructions, no missing pieces, and I didn’t lose my sanity putting anything together !

At this point, if my home looks good, there’s a high chance Wayfair had something to do with it. Stylish, reliable, and just consistently good. I’ll 100% keep ordering (probably too much), and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their space without the stress.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. My product has been sitting at their facility “waiting for carrier pick up” for over 5 days now and they won’t let me cancel my order. What a scam. Never ordering from them again.

Worst online shopping experience of my…

Worst online shopping experience of my life. This company is horrendous. I ordered a tub from them. The tub came after 1 month of waiting and was damaged. I went with a replacement tub and of course had to go to Staples to get the shipping return labels printed. Damaged tub picked up. Waited another month for the replacement tub...I finally got the replacement tub and WTF!!! It was the EXACT tub I had sent back to the manufacturer! I was pissed! All our plumbing had already been roughed in for this exact tub. I left a scathing review and someone from a higher level of customer support reached out to me and like a fool I accepted another tub, this time in black as the white tub was out of stock now. I am still waiting for the black tub, I do not have high hopes. This whole process started in January it is now almost April.

Ordered a recliner on Sunday. Promised delivery Tuesday before 2 pm. Did not happen! Their tracking system says out for delivery (it’s was never updated). Next day same information on tracking. Called them 3 times. It took 3 days for delivery. FedEx does their delivering, therefore out of their responsibility and hands

On a positive note, excellent service. They are so very nice and try to help. I like the quality of my purchase at a reasonable price. The FedEx delivery men, when my package finally arrived, could not have been any nicer and helpful.

I tried to order patio furniture

I tried to order patio furniture, but it wouldn't let me. There was a glitch with the site and no one could help. I tried calling everyday for 2 weeks until I finally gave up. They kept telling me to choose a different item and I gave them a list of random items. None of which worked. They put in a ticket for IT but nothing ever came of that. Everytime i called they had the same generic responses that sounded like they were read off a manual. Every single person I talked to was completely inept. I just wanted to buy something but they just couldn't comprehend anything.

Wrong Item Sent 4 Times

My experience ordering a rug from Wayfair was extremely frustrating.
In October 2025 I ordered a 71” x 48” rug but received a smaller 32” x 48” rug. I reported the issue online and was advised by email that a replacement would be sent. The replacement never arrived and from that point, the process became unnecessarily complicated. The order status showed conflicting messages, including “Problem with order – item ineligible for refund or replacement,” even though a replacement had already been approved.
Despite multiple escalations and assurances that the correct item would be sent, the wrong size rug was delivered again and again. In total, FOUR incorrect rugs were shipped to me. After months of trying to resolve the issue, I finally requested a full refund, which was processed.
To be fair, every customer service representative I spoke with was professional, polite, and apologetic. The problem was not the staff—it was the repeated fulfillment errors and lack of coordination within the system.
I would appreciate a response from Wayfair explaining how this occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent similar fulfillment errors in the future.
