I’m incredibly grateful for my time at WBS Coding School. The past months have been full of learning, challenges, and meaningful connections.

What stood out the most to me was the level of support. The community managers, instructors, and fellow students all contribute to an environment where you feel safe to grow and push yourself.

The UX/UI Product Design course gave me direction and confidence. I now feel ready to enter the job market, but also aware that real growth comes from continuing to learn and evolve.

This experience gave me a strong start, and that’s something I will carry with me.

I had heard a lot of bad things about bootcamps because they have the reputation of being extremely difficult. But at WBS, you're not left alone to struggle. From the very first interview with the recruiters to the whole Bildungsgutschein process, first day, first weeks, careers days, you get help whenever you need it. You have a big support team ready to talk to you and assist you when you think you're failing. And somehow before you know it, you've made it. It's been a tremendous journey. 17 intense weeks. I thank WBS for their hard work, support and for giving me this great opportunity. I am now a newly graduated full stack developer and WBS alumni :) Special thanks for Maria, frontend teacher, she was really amazing with me and my team.

Completing the Data Analytics bootcamp at WBS Coding School was an important step in my professional development. The course is quite intensive, but it’s designed in a way that gradually builds your skills and confidence over time. You’re constantly working on practical tasks, which helps reinforce what you learn and gives you a better sense of how data analysis works in real-life situations.

One of the highlights for me was the dedication of the instructors. They were consistently available, engaged, and genuinely interested in helping students succeed. Whenever something wasn’t clear, they took the time to break it down and guide us through it. The program also encourages problem-solving and independent thinking, which I found especially valuable. Bashar taught us at the beginning and explained everything very clearly and in detail. Even though he might seem strict at first, the atmosphere was still very warm and comfortable.
Patrick helped us develop independence. He encouraged us to think on our own, but was always there when we needed help.
Onur explained even complex topics in such a way that we basically had no chance not to understand.
I also want to mention the staff — they really helped create the atmosphere. Even in chats, everything felt lively and engaging, and it really felt like being part of a great community.

Ich habe ein Jahr lang den Kurs „Software Engineering“ (auf Englisch) besucht und habe es jeden Tag genossen, dorthin zu gehen. Es war beeindruckend zu sehen, wie die Teilnehmer innerhalb weniger Monate von Leuten, die keine einzige Zeile Code schreiben konnten, zu Entwicklern wurden, die komplexe Full-Stack-Apps erstellen konnten.

Die Dozenten waren großartig, locker und immer bereit zu helfen. Das gesamte Institut fühlte sich wie eine kleine Gemeinschaft an, ganz gleich, ob man denselben Kurs besuchte oder nicht. Ich habe jede Minute genossen. Danke an Bashar, Patrick, Onur und alle anderen. Ich habe nicht nur wertvolle Fähigkeiten erworben, sondern dabei auch tolle Freunde gefunden.

I just completed the software development course at WbS Coding School and was very satisfied overall. The learning environment was pleasant and supportive, which made it easy for me to stay motivated and engaged throughout the course. The instructors were approachable and created an atmosphere where asking questions felt natural. The up-to-dateness of the course content is particularly noteworthy. In a field as fast-paced as software development, this is incredibly important, and I found the topics and tools covered to be relevant and aligned with current industry standards. There was a slight adjustment to the course syllabus in the database section. Instead of covering SQL as originally planned, the course focused more on MongoDB. This change still provided valuable insights, especially into NoSQL approaches, which are widely used in modern applications. Overall, I'm glad I took this course and can recommend WbS Coding School to anyone who wants to acquire practical and current development skills in a supportive environment.

Ich kann die WBS Coding School wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Kursinhalte wurden nicht nur fachlich fundiert, sondern auch didaktisch sehr verständlich vermittelt – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass wirklich jeder mitkommt.

Was für mich aber den größten Unterschied gemacht hat, war das starke Gemeinschaftsgefühl. Man fühlt sich zu keiner Zeit allein, sondern wird sowohl von den Dozent:innen als auch von der Gruppe durchgehend unterstützt. Fragen werden ernst genommen und schnell geklärt.

Ich habe in dieser Zeit enorm viel gelernt – fachlich wie auch persönlich – und bin sehr dankbar für diese Erfahrung.

Als ich mein erstes Bootcamp begonnen habe, war ich sehr gespannt, was mich erwartet. Rückblickend waren die 14 Wochen als angehender Product Designer eine durchweg positive Erfahrung.
Das Programm war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend strukturiert. Die Aufgaben waren klar definiert, und selbst komplexe Themen wurden verständlich und praxisnah erklärt. Bei Fragen stand jederzeit Unterstützung zur Verfügung. Besonders hilfreich fand ich die klaren Zusammenfassungen schwieriger Inhalte.
Auch meine Mitteilnehmenden waren engagiert und ambitioniert. Die Zusammenarbeit an mehreren Projekten war intensiv, aber genau das hat uns fachlich und persönlich wachsen lassen. Trotz der hohen Lernkurve fühle ich mich heute gut vorbereitet auf die Rolle als Product Designer.
Was zusätzlich hilfreich beim Lernen der Themen war ist die eigene Plattform, wo man eine umfassende Bibliothek an Informationen zusammengefasst hat, die einem helfen als Nachschlagwerk. Auf die hat man auf Lebenszeit Zugriff, was ein großes Plus ist.
Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine umfassendere Karrierebegleitung. Die Themen CV, Portfolio und LinkedIn wurden jeweils nur an einem Tag behandelt und wirkten im Vergleich etwas komprimiert. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Zeit und Tiefe gewünscht.

I recently completed the 17-week Full Stack App & Web Development bootcamp at WBS CODING SCHOOL. I just finished Data Science & AI 1-year course.
The curriculum is up to date, and all three certifications included really add value to my CV (they weren’t easy to pass, but we had great guidance).
A huge thanks to Paola from career support for helping me find an internship. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they really help with this, which is especially important considering how hard it is to find a junior-level role in tech nowadays.
I’m also very thankful to all the instructors: Guy, Rockwell, Kelvin, Christopher, Vasil, and Markus.
Overall, it’s been a great learning experience that has prepared me for the next step.

I finished the DSAI 10 month course. From the first steps of Admissions, up to beyond my graduation I have received genuine individual support. The instructors are phenomenal! Rockwell's competence shines through, he is able to put complex ideas into understandable and relatable terms; and he teaches not only the how- but also the why. The community Management and Career Services team are no strangers, they also give individualized support and genuinely prioritize the student's individual goals and wellbeing. Wieder eine tolle Erfahrung mit der WBS Coding School! Nach meinem Bootcamp war der KI-Kompakt-Kurs die ideale Ergänzung. Der Zeitaufwand (4h/Tag für 2 Monate) war entspannt, aber der Lerneffekt riesig. Endlich sind Begriffe wie ‚Neuronale Netze‘ keine Fremdwörter mehr für mich. Das Wichtigste: Ich habe gelernt, wie ich selbstständig gute KI-Tools finde und bewerte. Klare Empfehlung!

Really enjoyed this AI compact course. It gave a clear and practical overview of how AI can be safely used for automation and strategic integration in real projects.

The course covered a wide range of topics, from machine learning basics to prompt engineering and modern AI tools. The hands-on work with Custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflow automation was especially valuable and directly useful. I am a career changer, and I’m so happy to have finally graduated from the Data Analytics bootcamp at WBS Coding School. The experience was incredible, intensive, and very resourceful. While I wish I’d had the time to take their Data Analytics & AI track, this program provided a fantastic foundation.
My Experience & Advice
Prior Experience: While it’s helpful to know Excel beforehand, I started with a very basic prior experience with Excel. It went well for me because I trusted the process and focused on doing my best every single day.
The Pace: It was very intensive at the start, though it became more flexible toward the end. The "vibes," teachers, and overall support system were excellent.
The Reality Check: Before starting, I thought the transition might be easier. Project by project, you realize just how vast this field is! You will definitely be "market-ready" for junior positions, but only if you are committed to your own development.
Areas for Improvement
The one thing I felt was missing was more dedicated support for GitHub. Since I had never used it before, I wish there had been more guidance on setting up my repository. It is the most important tool for showcasing your progress and projects to employers.
Final Verdict
Cost: Whether you should self-fund depends on your financial situation. It is an investment! I personally was able to attend thanks to the Agentur für Arbeit, for which I am very grateful.
Overall: WBS Coding School delivered exactly what they promised. If you are willing to put in the work, this program is a great launchpad.

Depending on one’s individual skillset and the group dynamics—as well as the inherent nature of a bootcamp—the experience can vary from highly demanding to lacking technical depth, as achieving a truly homogenous group is naturally difficult in this setting.

While participants should be familiar with a self-directed learning approach, the subject matter is ultimately too vast to be fully mastered in just a few weeks.

Throughout the course, you interact with various instructors, all of whom were really good to occasionally outstanding. They consistently strived to answer open coding questions, resolve technical issues, and were always approachable regarding other IT-related topics.

Regarding job assistance, I would have preferred more 'real-world' connections, test projects, and a job preparation phase more strictly focused on the specific roles being targeted—especially since the goals of most participants are well known.

Ultimately, the 'bootcamp' should be understood as exactly that. It is highly recommended as an introduction, a refresh, an update, or to solidify one’s skillset. Having come in with a broad range of prior experience, I am personally very grateful for the experiences I gained and the connections I made during my time at WBS Coding School :3
