Same terrible experience as others.
Placed an order before Christmas for a couple of Ted Lasso items. One arrived but the other didn't. I contacted customer services who in reply send a generic email. They had no idea when the item was going to be sent so in the end I requested a cancellation of the outstanding item. A £12 postage fee is also a joke considering the time taken to deliver. I wouldn't order from the store again and I think Snow Commerce who fulfil the orders, run by Rick Simpson and Alexander Cabot Saltonstall should really read some of these concerns.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered .Ted Lasso jersey and 2 mugs. Told me I had to use the shop app for tracking which is also awful. Eventually I got the .2 mugs but not the $60 jersey. I also paid $18 for shipping!!! All of my customer service emails give me an automated response. I’ve emailed them 7 times and nothing. My only option is to dispute it through my credit card. I will NEVER purchase anything fine on the WB store again

System would not honour discount voucher, email support laughably incoherent and incompetent. When order finally placed 1 item missing, website states it is in stock but will actually be 3 weeks late.

Thing is I order a 4k BUT they Don't change my order status.
I get on touch and they don't know what's going on.
But then it turns up outa the blue.

Would give no stars. No merchandise. Generic email "will be dispatched 2-3 days" that was nearly two months ago!!! Stay well clear. WB shop havent responded to my calls for a refund. Will be reporting the company further.

I placed an order for a personalised (for a birthday) Richmond FC Ted Lasso top on August 28. It is now October and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched. Requests for a refund have gone unanswered. (Refund finally delivered in second week of October. Review still stands).

Size guide lies
As others have said, customer service is severely lacking, taking a few business days to respond to emails. In addition, their size guide is a complete lie, so you are stuck paying shipping (and hoping to be able to return the item) for an item that isn't even close to the size they promise. Just seems so easy to give a size guide that is correct. That is what good companies do.
Returns are ridiculously hard
Returns are ridiculously hard. The links on their website don’t work to actually complete the return. You have to email back and forth with customer service and it takes hours and days. There is no actual way to talk to a person.
Appalling delays- no items received
Appalling. They haven’t delivered or replied to my recent messages chasing my purchases, and it’s been over a month.
I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank now, suggest you avoid them or do the same and get your money back from these crooks.

I never received my order
I placed an order on MAY 8th and still don’t have my order. I have emailed and called The WB Shop multiple times. My Hubs loves Ted Lasso, and the order was for his birthday. You can imagine how sad I was when it never came, I take my role as the best Wife seriously, and this one set me back a little bit. AND I’m still fighting to get my order! I just want my order, or a refund, I don’t care which one.

Ordered a Ted Lasso top for my daughter's birthday with 3 weeks to spare. The tracking number provided took me to a french website, I have now put in 3 tickets chasing delivery (all unanswered) and like the other responses have only received a transcript of my chat and nothing else (despite their SLA saying that tickets are responded to within 48 hours). My daughter even put a message on their Twitter account which hasn't been answered.
They are a disgraceful company and I recommend that everyone spend their money elsewhere. She was really excited about her Ted Lasso shirt, which she won't be getting for her birthday now. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Saw the delivery was coming Via Evri, assumed my top would be lost in the post. Less than an hour after it was handed to the driver they claim they had made 3 attempts to deliver and to contact the sender. Just like Evri it's just a very poorly written AI Chatbot who sends you a transcript of the chat and nothing else happens. You've got that Evri/Hermes stink on you. Might want to do something about that.
Avoid! They are con artists!
They pose as a legit company but the quality is awful. Bought a Ted Lasso hoodie and the printing is amateurish. There is no WB branding, Cheap knockoffs. They ignored my emails when I wrote to them. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I really wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I've been over 2 weeks waiting for an order that said 1-3 business days. Emailing their Customer Service is a joke. Nobody responds. I'm onto my 3rd email.
