I havent received a voucher in ages, so all my winnings have been my own capital. I can attest to the fact that they do pay out at the $20 threshold, aside from the past couple of transactions where theyve deducted "transactional" fees of sort.

Withdrawing method could be improved.
Still maintaining that it's a great platform for the gaming enthusiast in terms of puzzles, crosswords etc, however there is room for the withdrawal process to improve or go a lot smoother. I find it disheartening to be sending KYC documents everytime to process a PayPal withdrawal. Can we not do something to make ie easier?

Never get to withdraw, keep changing conditions,firstly had to reach £500 then it says do 80 games for 3 days then when u do that it says u have to go to certain levels, never let u withdraw, what a waste of time
