I had a great experience selling my motorhome to this company, it was a fair price for a quick sale without any hassle of selling it privately. I highly recommend them and if I purchase another motorhome in the future, Webbs will definitely be my go to!

Guy was extremely understanding - this was a bereavement sale so very upsetting for me, but he agreed a price, came to visit, paid me straight away, while being very considerate, charming and professional too. Can’t praise Guy and Webbs enough.

Awful! We spend £50k on a camper and the second they had our money they washed their hands of us! Even before we drove it away we asked about a spare key to be told “we don’t know, look in the pack in the glove box”. No spare key there so they arranged for a new one. 3 MONTHS LATER I’m STILL chasing for it! Fobbed off with excuses!

The leisure battery wouldn’t turn on and they refused to help over the phone, so had to drive all the way there for them to look at it. Turned out to be a fuse which we had to replace ourselves!

When we got the V5 back it was not showing as a camper, still as a panel van with 3 seats! So we had to sort this ourselves! They did not make us aware of this before hand!

Now the tap has stopped working! I would be very wary of buying from these cowboys!

Do not sell to this company or even let your van out of your site when selling it. I was purchasing a brand new van from my local dealer and these guys gave us an offer which I took. I took a 7.5k loss but as it was a trader I understood. They asked if they could have my van early while I wasn’t using it and it was only a week or so for my new van to be ready. I agreed. Webbs collected my old van but then 2 days later told me it was full of damp and they wanted to take off another 4K. They sent me a video and yes it is slightly damp but not 4K worth. I said no to this and asked for the van to be returned. On return, there is the little bedroom clock which is missing and they have pulled the sticky tape off the wall and left damage. They have pulled a trim off above the drivers head which is missing. I have spoken to the dealer I organised the sale through and after several weeks of waiting I have heard nothing. I was being nice to let them have the van early for them to damage my van and not own up to it and fix it. Avoid selling your second hand van to this company.

'We don't give any discount because we don't have to' Nice touch! Considering your vehicle is £3k more than 3 others at other dealers I'd say your expensive.
