Although the suggested folder user access rights did not resolve the issue, the additional helpful supporting technical information and recommendations did steer me on the correct path to resolve the issue. I really regret to have not found your company for my hosting requirement in last 10 years,
I would have saved 1000's of Dollars on lost clients and recurring business over the past years and many times suffering data loss with server crashes and big clients running away.

I have tried 2 other big hosts for many years until we closed down with them when one of our
server crashed and they could not even get back any data, even the active secondary drive partitions
and support with them took whole day and even 2 days many times on their managed servers to even get small things resolved.
It was a nightmare to get support even on their managed dedicated servers.

I am not even discussing the other technical issues that are fixed and answered with Top Notch support as well, Leaving no stones unturned on excellent support at all times.

I have been using the WebWiz service for a number of years now. The reason i stay with this provider is simple: Excellent levels of support and service.
I am fairly small web developer, but whenever i have had an issue (either as a mistake made by me, configuration issue or general knowledge required), it has been present in a VERY timely manner and articulated perfectly.

Working with Web Wiz it´s been an amazing experience. I´ve been working will several others hosting companies and truly these guys are amazing. Support is fast, precise and get the the job done. Create install export certificates (a nightmare in other solutions) it´s just simple. They have 30 days trial. No problems, fast, simple. Just try it!

I recently shifted out of godaddy and hostgator as both of them did not support newer technology components like .net core 3.1 nor 2.2 in their shared hostings. Not even sql server version was new.

I shifted to webwiz specifically because they supported the latest technologies even in their shared hosting.

In my experience, i was setting up my nopcommerce 4.3 application on webwiz hosting and whenever i had any issue i just had to contact their customer support via the straight forward ticketing system and they were always very quick to respond. Not just respond, but respond with the best solutions as well.

Both godaddy and hostgator customer supports were extremely slow to respond and they responded with no solutions to any question i asked. Seems like their quality has dropped in these covid times.

I will definitely support webwiz hosting conpany in future as well by recommending others to it.
They have a very well planned out set of hosting options. Even ssd storage and range of ssl certificates.
They even set up the ssl certificate free of cost after purchase. Even helped me configure my webconfig files to meet certain requirements of mine.
And last but not the least, their servers are performing incredibly fast !
And to top it off, they are 100% eco friendly !

Recently began using Web Wiz for a class school project (I teach high school students in the US), and needed an affordable hosting site that had ASP.NET Core support as well as MySQL database options, their offerings/features were perfect for my needs. Also needed some support to help configure things for my students, and WebWiz was quick in their response and very accommodating. The Support service was excellent, After some solid advice and excellent support, I can only say I am glad I host my DNS/Web with Web Wiz.

Webwiz have provided us with cloud servers for a number of years now and we've been happy with their service.

However, you don't really know the value of a provider until something goes wrong and how they deal with it.

All I can say is, when Windows update decided to kill one of our servers, Webwiz responded brilliantly and we had new servers up and running in a very short space of time.
