Missing items. Four days in a row trying to communicate via online chat and email and text and nothing. LIES LIES LIES. I adore Elle Macpherson but Elle would never accept this lack of service.

On the product pages, but why? you may ask. What statements are they making that they would even need this disclaimer? you may wonder. Well, first of all, that these products are going to support you in your mental wellbeing -- including going as far as to further specify that they "address" Anxiety!

They are not able to deliver products
They are not able to deliver products, they got a payment, but don't ship the order even after a week, even after two. Customer service don't reply and so cannot help. Actually, there is no answer what to do, you cannot cancel an order, cannot get it. In other words-no goods, no money. Very disappointed.

Then they write that they want to find out where my package is and return today and I still have not heard from them. This is the first and last time I shop at this company .. In the future I will just order my vitamin supplement from athletic greens, they respond immediately when you write to them, plus their package arrive within 3-4 and it will also be sent from England. Could I give you 0 star had you got it ...
