My corner sofa set came in a completely different colour grey to the one I ordered. I emailed customer services straight away on the day of delivery. Within just over an hour I had a reply. With a couple more emails it was all sorted by the next morning. Millie, who looked after my query/complaint, was amazing, very prompt, polite and helpful. She resolved this issue asap. It has not put me off buying from this company again. Knowing how they take queries/complaint's seriously and their prompt response, gives me peace of mind for any future purchases. Thank you again Millie for your help in this matter.

delivery on the other hand was terrible. waited in 3 x for the delivery. 1st 2 times the delivery company couldn't be bothered to turn up as it was late.
DONT think deliveries are the supplied fault. But Be AWARE

When we opened the box containing the garden dinning table, we discovered that the table top had been damaged. Not long after sending pictures to the customer support team, Irene replied to tell us that an order for a replacement table had already been generated. Dissapointing that we needed Irenes help but the way the situiation was handled was great.

Once again excellent customer service from white stores today. Special thanks to Joel who answered all my questions about the pergola I was interested in buying he went above and beyond to made payment and ordering easy. Looking forward to my purchase arriving. Thank you again Joel

It was packaged very well,and delivery men were helpful too.

Had a couple of issues with some covers that were faulty and Jade Mulder was outstanding in responding very promptly to confirm replacements would be provided
So impressed I ordered some additional items

From the start of the order to installation communication was spot on, great product and looks great also.

We were due to have our order delivered and assembled on 18th March. Only half the order arrived so the team were unable to install. Since then we have had no further update on when the remaining items will be delivered and installed despite multiple calls with customer service team. Very disappointing service.

I'm still yet to receive the item. The delivery only had part of the item and I have not been contacted or given an update on when the full set will be delivered. We are promised call backs which we do not receive and when calling customer services they are rude and can not provide an update on delivery

Can’t tell you how disappointed we are with 3seater sofa cover set purchased January but only just got out to use
This is a generic cover as opposed to my OYSTER set which would have fitted perfectly. The generic looks baggy and untidy even when all belts are used and water would pool very easily. The rear does not even cover the back of chairs

Ordered a nova legacy pergola 3x2.4 with white stores.
Order processed quickly after speaking with Cleofe in customer care. Delivered on 19/3 which was my preferred date.

Really good ordering, delivery and after care experience - was easy to make the purchase online, was kept up to date with the status of the order and delivery was on time with no issues. Needed some additional help/advice after I received my order and the customer service was good too - the agent who helped me, Rhea, was excellent; friendly, kept me informed and resolved my query.
