I recently ordered a Covent Gardens tin for international delivery. Unfortunately, the order was lost in transit. But five stars are still warranted; despite obstacles with delivery being out of Whittard’s control, representative “Sarann” did an excellent job trying to track the order, communicating the issue in a respectful manner, and offering realistic solutions promptly. Outstanding customer service. I appreciate the transparency. Additionally, sipping their tea is always a joyous and grounding experience for me; life being life (unpredictable) will not deter me from placing future orders. Thanks so much, Sarann!

She was very courteous & understanding as they were purchased for gifts. Great customer service & wonderful products.

Decided to contact office to let them know. Within 24 hrs, dealt with Sarann in customer service, gave her requested information/details/pics and they are sending a new tin to my son. BTW, I live in Canada so thought I was totally out of luck. Best customer service ever!!!

Outstanding customer services and a kindness that is much appreciated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received email on the next day, SUN, July 12 that a I would hear something soon. THE VERY NEXT DAY Monday, July 13, an email that Whittaker’s was shipping a new teapot warmer immediately!!! How’s that for service??? I must admit, a much more conscientious company as I have ever done business with. USA companies, some I’ve dealt with could take a lesson from you. Thank you so much, Definitely doing business with your company again…and my friends will hear about you as well. Keep up the good work and the outstanding customer service!

Whittard of Chelsea has wonderful tea selections and outstanding customer service. Recently my order was lost during shipping from the UK to the US, and Sarann, a Whittard customer service advisor, promptly replied to my email, checked into the details of the lost order, and issued a replacement order. Great service, great tea!

Due to the issue with address my order was cancelled without any notification, no refund.
I’ve clarified address as soon as as noticed issue, however, no action was taken to help with delivery.

I contacted Whittards to ask for a replacement infuser for my glass teapot as it had developed a crack after a lot of use. I received a quick and friendly reply from Sarann, who offered to send one to me free of charge.

I love the simplicity of the ordering process, the excellent and prompt service when, contrary to expectations, something doesn’t quite go to plan, and, above all, the lovely packaging. It makes unpacking the parcel a special experience. And yes, the tea is absolutely delicious.

I ordered 3 different hot chocolate tubs. They arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 tubs seals was slightly open. I emailed whittards with photo and explained the situation. Within a few days I got a response from Sophie who dealt with the situation brilliantly. She was happy to send the order again. Thank you as always on the lovely service.

I bought a coffee grinder for my husband for his birthday. Beautiful machine. However, it happened to have been packed in such a way that the Bellows were crushed. I contacted Saran, who helped organise the bellows replacement part for me. Well done Sarann! Excellent Customer Service. Thanks again!
