This was my first order from Wigfever of M.cap Chocolate Brown Silky Straight 9x6 pre-Plucked And Pre Cut Wear Go Glue-less Wig. Although there was a bit of delay in receiving the order as compared to the timeframe given initially, but it was worth the wait… Customer Service was a top-notch. consistently in contact with me to give updates and reassurance..the product is exactly as advertised on their website. it’s So super Silky and naturally looking. I’m truly happy with my Order and cannot wait to buy more from them.

Don’t waste your time

I can’t speak to the quality of the wig because I never received it. This review is based on customer service alone. Do not expect any upfront tracking information. You will only receive a confirmation, the website will show “no orders” and you’ll have to reach out to them to get any additional information. My very first email was ignored the second one only got answered because I mentioned disputing with my bank. Due to a shipping error the wig was sent back to their warehouse in Jersey. I live in New York City and that wig has not moved since November 17th after I’ve been assured it would get sent out again once they received it. Of course there’s excuse after excuse on why it takes this long to send something a state away that I already paid for. Refunds are HIGHLY discouraged they will do everything in their power to keep your money. They can’t make up any defects or imaginary issues with the wig to use as a reason to not refund me since it’s never been in my possession so they use the “it will take a long time to get back to us so you might as well let us ship it to you” as if I haven’t been asking for that for 2 weeks. I’m going through my bank to get my money and I suggest all the real reviewers who have gotten taken advantage of do the same.

The lace is remarkably natural blending seamlesly with my scalp. Additionally i found the whatsaap platform to be highly convenient and responsive for addressing any concerns.

First of I'll like to appreciate the after sales service of wigfever, they are very professional and pleasant. I had an unsatisfactory experience with my previous order, contacted them and they solved the problem for me, i placed an order again and wig fever corrected everything i complained about in the previous wig and even gave me a discount. Imagine placing an order for 3 whole wigs and not having to complain about any. THAT IS HUGE. not only did they perfectly satisfy me, they added free gifts. Thank you wigfever. The wig is not human hair not human I tried to…

The wig is not human hair at all, I tried to bleach the hair and nothing happened. The hair is nice when you get it after the 3rd week and washing it it became like synthetic blend. I was happy with the hair but just found out it’s not human hair once I try reinstall the unit and I wanted dye the hair a lighter color the hair didn’t take at all

Well I can't review the wigs because…

Well I can't review the wigs because i'm still waiting on them. I have reach out to them for the past few days with no response whatsoever now. The message at the top of the chat box keeps displaying that no one is currently available. I would not suggest buying anything from them if you're on a time schedule to do something. I have received any conformation on my delivery and i'm not able to view my order. The only way I know that I purchased something is because it shows on my debit card. If I could find a way to upload the pictures of the chat I will.

I bought a wig last month and i only put it on twice but the wig has been shedding so much that the whole lace is gone, i reached to them through emails, facebook and they ignored my msgs until finally i used watsapp and now they are blaming me for not moisturing the hair nd now,offering me 20£ refund,for selling me fake hair , im not happy at all very bad customer service

I love wigfever wig

I love wigfever wig. Truthfully at first , i was doubting the quality of the wig but when I bought the first Bob 10 inches with them and got nice compliments on it especially from my hubby, no turning back. I just made a purchase of my 4th wig now. A fringe 14inches. Their hair quality - superb, their delivery- super fast, customer service 10/10. 👏

I am writing tRequest for Resolution – Defective Wig and Return Denialo express my concern…

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order. Upon receiving the wig, I noticed that it was too large for my head, so I promptly initiated a return request. However, I was later informed that a “tiny hole” was found in the unit and that this disqualifies it from being returned.
I would like to emphasize that I only tried the unit on once to assess the fit. I did not apply any product, heat, or alterations of any kind. The small hole identified appears to be a manufacturing defect, not damage caused by use.
Additionally, I found it concerning that there is no readily available return address listed, which makes the return process unnecessarily difficult and gives the impression that returns are being intentionally discouraged.
Given these circumstances, I am kindly requesting that you honor the return and issue a refund or exchange, as the product arrived defective through no fault of my own.
