Their products have been good for me, but the communication and irregular deliveries are really frustrating and made me feel like despite numerous purchases over a year or more, my custom was not valued. I asked for info about where the venison comes from out of season, no reply. The website states a delivery day for my area, but would often not turn up, then without warning, turn up within the next few days. Sometimes, despite ordering 4 or 5 days before my delivery day, it would be delivered the following week. Had recommended to a friend, who now is having the same experience. I’ve now gone to another Dartmoor venison supplier, who, so far is vastly improved on all the issues I had with these guys.

Part of my meat order had gone foul when it arrived, had to throw the mince away. When I emailed to let them know I received no response.

Terrible experience ordering from Wild hart venison. My card was charged, but my order wasn't delivered because the owners were "working away from home" or as most of us would call it " on holiday". 10 days later, still no sign of requested refund, and no communication from the business.

Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to order your venison from as wild hart venison can not be relied on for deliveries or to reply to communication. Avoid them at all costs.
