Their products have been good for me, but the communication and irregular deliveries are really frustrating and made me feel like despite numerous purchases over a year or more, my custom was not valued. I asked for info about where the venison comes from out of season, no reply. The website states a delivery day for my area, but would often not turn up, then without warning, turn up within the next few days. Sometimes, despite ordering 4 or 5 days before my delivery day, it would be delivered the following week. Had recommended to a friend, who now is having the same experience. I’ve now gone to another Dartmoor venison supplier, who, so far is vastly improved on all the issues I had with these guys.
