Quick answer to my phone call, and even though the person was in accounts not sales, and in the middle of a premises move, they were very helpful and friendly and solved my problem, even offered to do more!

Ps: the vodka is the best I ever tasted

We booked tickets for a tasting session for us and our friends that never happened. We turned up to find the distillery locked and empty, there was no reply from the telephone number on the door.
There has been no attempt to contact me following numerous telephone calls and emails. I had to persevere to get my money back.
It seems there is a breakdown in communications and monitoring of emails. No explanation has been offered. We have been let down and frustrated. This is just not good enough.

I always enjoy Wildjac. First it was delivered on time for Christmas which was important since these bottles were intended as gifts. Second, the taste is always excellent and further there are some unique flavours. All in all, and excellent product.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic. I had trouble ordering online and the team over the phone were incredibly helpful. 100% recommended the honey spiced rum!

Great customer service. Very helpful. FedEx let it down, said they needed a signature. Tried to deliver and not in, no tracking number or contact number. Brilliant help from wildjav. FedEx the said a date to deliver, which they failed to do so. Finally delivered no signature asked for. Thank you wildjac for getting g a resolution to this. Fabulous product, makes a lovely gift

Tasted the Damson and Raspberry gin at my local and now on my second bottle and counting.

I never received my order. Eventually I got a refund but was told this was a ‘gesture of good will’ which was a bit of a weird comment as I had paid mkney for something I’d never received. Won’t be ordering or recommending this company.

Great product at a good price . Loved the recyclable rum bottle. Just right for refilling my applejac glass bottle that I had emptied!

I discovered Wildjac a couple of years ago when I had a Rum subscription and the Honey Spiced got sent to me. Haven’t had any for a while so treated myself recently. My favourite spiced rum by miles. Although the cherry one is also pretty special!

I first came across the plum pudding rum liqueur at the Good Housekeeping Live show in London last year. Am now absolutely obsessed with it and have just cracked open my first bottle of autumn 25! It’s like Christmas in a bottle.

Very quick service and products are of good quality. To be able to recycle packaging is a bonus.

The plum pudding rum liqueur was fantastic. Even my wife enjoyed it.
I will be ordering some more shortly for our Masters Remembrance Luncheon Charity Raffle in November.

We had the recyclable bottles this time it is cheaper but still with the great taste of wildjac vodka

Unfortunately there was an issue with courier who Couldn’t get address correct. Item was returned to sender & I cancelled the order.
Wildjac apologised for the inconvenience who, after refunding my original payment, sent complimentary order. Good customer service
