Nobody wants to take responsibility
Went with Wilfreda Behive to Alveston Hall in January.
The staff were unresponsive, and the dining times confusing.
Our room had poor insulation on the patio doors, which made our room freezing, causing my wife to have 4 sleepless nights.
This was reported to the front desk on 4 occasions but nothing was done.
The swimming pool and changing rooms were just as cold, and the spa facilities were closed.
Neither Behive or Warners take responsibility for thier disastrous shortcomings.
Even Premier Travel Inn offer a full refund for a poor nights sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
It is our understanding that you have since been in contact with Warner Hotels directly, who apologised for the shortcomings you experienced and offered a goodwill gesture, which you chose to decline.
Whilst we would never want any customer to have a disappointing holiday experience, we do feel it is important to clarify that Wilfreda Beehive was not made aware of these concerns during your stay at Alvaston Hall. The first contact we received regarding these issues was approximately three months after your return.
Under our Trading Charter, we ask that any concerns are raised during the holiday so that we, along with our hotel partners, have the opportunity to investigate and resolve matters as quickly as possible. If customers remain dissatisfied after returning home, we request that complaints are submitted in writing within 14 days of travel. Unfortunately, when concerns are raised several months later, our ability to fully investigate and address matters is significantly limited.
During this particular break, over 400 customers travelled with Wilfreda Beehive to Alvaston Hall, and the overwhelming majority enjoyed a very positive experience.
Nevertheless, we are genuinely sorry to hear that your holiday did not meet expectations, and we do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, as customer comments help us continue improving the service we provide.

tried booking a 5 day trip today to Tenby…
tried booking a 5 day trip today to Tenby 1 1/4 hours on line. rang company in desperation only to receive a dismissive and uninterested answer ,. saying fully booked ( almost in the style of Tough) despite your email saying available .
Customer service
I've travelled several times with Wilfreda Behive and have in the past never had a bad experience.

Having reviewed the telephone conversation with our reservations team, we appreciate that the interaction may not have met your expectations, although we do not feel our agent intended to appear dismissive or uninterested. At the time of your enquiry, the tour had unfortunately sold out following a high volume of bookings received after a recent e-shot campaign.
We understand there were also some difficulties processing the payment, which required authorisation from your bank, and during that time the final room was booked.
