I have used these for a couple of years without any issues. Order placed and then order received.

This last order I got was dropped behind a bin. I never spotted until the following week when I was putting the bin out. It had rained for days so the package was just a sodden mess. The razors are not protected against water.

I made an complaint about it, as who wants razors that have been out in the rain for days. All I got was silence.

There is also no option to delete your account, or payment information once it is added. I really hope they delete the account now that I have sent a request to do so.

I ordered a double edge razor. It did not match the photo on wilkinsonsword.com. I did not use the item and immediately used their customer contact page to request a refund/return. They did not reply and it has been a month now. I tried a second time and still no reply. DO NOT use this company!
