Can’t leave no stars! Absolutely disgraceful customer service skills. Ordered a vanity unit and had it plumbed in. The cistern was faulty. Had to be fixed as it was needed because our temp accommodation had ended. We have children so needed a working toilet. The best offer was to send a replacement part. Without a working toilet we had no where else to stay. It has cost me extra in labour and parts and they are refusing to compensate! Avoid if I were you!!!!!

Other than my recommended kitchen tap wasn't in stock to start with, I relooked and found you had it back in stock so ordered it. It arrived very quickly but our plumbers that recommended this to us will not be fitting it until this coming Friday. However I think we have had this happen once before so know once done we won't have a dripping tap so great!

Very impressed with product, speed of dispatch and value for money. Was looking for a replacement top O seal mixer cartridge. Not many available on internet and prices all over the place. Pleasantly surprised and yet a few poor reviews made me doubt my decision.
I think COVID has affected many businesses. Could do with giving an email order acknowledgment without needing to chase it would be helpful though.

I was let down by an alternative supplier. I found almost the exact same product here. Even though I selected free delivery it turned up in less than 24 hours after I ordered it. The whole process was very simple, quick and easy

If I could give zero i would. The waste supplied was not UK standard size and not as detailed in the diagram on their website. They are arguing that whilst the diagram shows one measurement, that a table in the description detailing another measurement, is accurate. Either way, the waste won’t fit standard pipes. I’m going to have to buy another and clearly wont be getting a refund from them. Buyer beware.

Ordered an item that ended up being the wrong colour. Immediately contacted them to return the unopened item and they plain ignored it. I don't think there is anyone monitoring emails here. Strongly do not recommend.

First shower valve came with a split in it, second ones the cartridges were all bent. Not good at all
