The team and packing crew were amazing. All my goods arrived on time to San Francisco from Alicante in perfect condition. Their office staff were nice and helpful when dealing with customs and questions. Highly recommend

Packaging of the goods was incredible. Nothing broke during the whole move. Their customs team helped me with the forms and documents to export. No surprises so I am happy I worked with them

Move from USA to UK - Marine Van Lines (who were excellent), took care of the USA side and WillMove the UK end. Overall, a good service - the container and unloading team arrived on time an the whole process was timely an efficient. The only fly in the ointment was that the company levied a `shuttle charge' which is an additional charge should the container lorry be unable to get close to your house. It is a flat rate (apparently industry standard), of £550 - with no breakdown of what the additional shuttle service actually cost - bit of an excuse for a rip-off in my view.

By all means use this company, but watch out for this nasty little additional cost - as they will use any excuse to use it!

WillMove was partnered with my original movers (International Van Lines) in the US for delivery here in the UK. My container arrived in Southampton right on time, first week in August, and we did get an additional surprise bill, dock fees I believe it was, no worries - just wanted our container delivered - took a few emails & some nagging, but they finally got ferry arranged to the Isle of Wight & they delivered today. Showed up on time, the guys were friendly, courteous, efficient & very fast. Had the 20’ container emptied in 3 hrs … no damage to furniture or boxes (of which there are many) & the unpacking has started.

As an expat, I needed a reliable mover for my international move, and Willmove Worldwide SL delivered more than I could ask for. They understood my concerns and handled everything with precision and care. The friendly customer service and smooth coordination made this move completely stress-free.

This company exceeded all my expectations. The team at WillMove Worldwide SL were punctual, polite, and extremely efficient. They took great care of my belongings and ensured a smooth transition from start to finish. I have used several moving companies in the past, but this was by far the best experience. Five stars!

WillMove Worldwide SL turned a stressful move into a seamless, well-organized experience. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, every step was handled with professionalism. They kept me informed, helped with customs paperwork, and made sure all of my belongings arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend their services to anyone moving internationally!

The two stars are solely for the fact that Will Move staff were polite over email — beyond that, this was hands down the worst removals experience I’ve had, and I’ve managed three transatlantic moves (USA to London) and one international move from the US to India.

The company repeatedly misinformed me using misleading language — first claiming there were *“restrictions”* on vehicle access to my central London street, which I confirmed directly with Westminster Council was untrue. When pressed, they shifted the explanation to an *“operational preference”* for using a shuttle service — for which they wanted to charge me £350. Worse, they said if the container truck *attempted* delivery and failed, I’d be charged £750 for a last-minute shuttle arrangement, even though their crew was arriving to the delivery residence in a shuttle!! This, despite the fact that I had secured dispensation permits and provided evidence (including photos) that articulated trucks had successfully accessed the same street just days before.

Their defense will likely be that I didn’t provide the final delivery address in advance — I was coordinating an overseas move from the U.S. and didn’t have confirmed housing at the time. However, I clearly told them it would be a Zone 1 London delivery. At every turn, I did their job for them — from arranging the council permit to confirming the lack of access restrictions. Despite this, they continued to position their logistical challenges as my financial responsibility.

To make matters worse, the crew moved a separate Amazon parcel (delivered that same day), and never returned it. When I asked Will Move to reimburse the cost of the missing item, they refused, citing that it wasn’t part of their packing list — even though they admitted their team had handled it during the move.

In short: this is an amateur operation that offloads risk and cost onto the customer. If you’re planning an international move and your relocation company assigns WillMove as the UK partner (as mine did — Bekins), beg them to find you someone else. This company is not up to the task.

Very impressed with the service! I recently moved from Valencia to Sydney, and everything went smoothly. The team was efficient, the communication was great, and my belongings arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was easy and well organized. Highly recommend

We just completed our move to Dubai with them, and it has been the worst experience of our lives. A complete disaster—from tracking and timelines to the budget, which ended up being 55% over the initial signed agreement.
Everything comes with extra costs, and they take no responsibility for anything. There is no tracking whatsoever, and at no point do you have a clear idea of where your belongings are.
Consider this a warning for anyone else—your life could turn into a nightmare. If anyone wants more details, feel free to contact me privately, as I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did.
Now they’ll reply with this or that, or mention something from the fine print, but honestly, if you don’t want to go through the same experience we did, don’t pay any attention to them.

Acabamos de terminar la mudanza a Dubai con ellos y ha sido la peor experiencia de nuestras vidas. Todo un desastre, desde el seguimiento a los tiempos pasado por el presupuesto con el cual acabamos con un 55% por encima de lo firmado inicialmente. Todo son extra costes y no se responsabilizan por nada. No hacen seguimiento de nada, en ningún momento tienes claro dónde están tus pertenencias. Quedáis avisados los siguiente de la pesadilla en la que se puede convertir vuestra vida. Si alguien quiere más detalles no dude en contactar por privado porque no quiero que nadie vuelva a pasar por lo que hemos pasado nosotros.
Ahora contestaran que esto o aquello y que si en la letra pequeña esto o aquello pero sinceramente, si no queréis pasar por lo mismo que nosotros no le hagáis caso

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we move from Spain to Cape Town and in the process lost 10000 Euros in personal belongings from the day they turned up in transit vans {and not the container as in the agreement} this was the first off many more this was 18 mouths ago but we have just been told they are not doing anything for us except they offered us a new bed

This company is very officiant and quick to respond. I had a great and easy experience. I would highly recommend it. Happy with the service.

We had a poor experience with this company. Their communications were terrible - once we signed the contract, getting answers to our questions was nearly impossible. I would email three and four times, the same question, and get no response. I would then have to call and they would say that they would get back to me. We also had a disagreement about services contracted. We asked for unpacking and then confirmed it was included prior to signing the contract. When it was time for delivery, they said it was not included and would cost $850-$1600 additional. I would not recommend this company!!
