We had a great experience with willows. Our dog had a stick injury in his throat and we were treated so well by every staff member. We were very informed throughout the process and Lenny is now on the mend. Thank you so much.

The team at Willows were simply incredible in terms of Hugo’s treatment, communication and kindness. We were referred to the practice from our own vets for specialist treatment over the the bank holiday weekend and was totally surprised at the step up in the overall experience from what I have previously been used to at many other vets! Kyle was fantastic to deal with and has followed through with communication to us and to our regular vet … if only we were closer we would switch without hesitation. Thank you for making a very tough situation easier!

I feel like this is a complete money making business and they don't really care about the animals at all. We had to take my mom's dog there as an emergency 2 days ago. We get absolutely no feedback about how the dog is doing and if she is going to recover. My poor, elderly mom is in tears. She has to phone several times to get any information and then they just keep telling her how busy they are, like her dog isn't important. However, they are very quick to tell us by how much our bill is rising each day.

Couldn't fault the service and care from arrival to leaving. We had travelled from Sheffield as a referral from our regular Vets due to a problem lower canine but in the end Charlie, my Pomchi needed to have all his remaining teeth extracting. James, the Vet was very professional, kept me informed as to what was happening and was able to put my mind at rest that Charlie would be okay. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic from the welcome (Reception) to the diagnosis….worrying time all round but Alberto immediately put me at ease. Thorough examination, kept Ruby in and operated same day. Followed up with a second viewing the next day just to put my mind at rest. Would give more stars if I could.

So glad I chose Willows for my cocker spaniel boy Toby . Repair of bilateral perineal hernia and castration. The lovely Vet Will gave easy to understand information both before /after surgery , he was very personable and I had confidence that he would do his absolute best for Toby . The surgery was abit tricky but sucessful . Toby spent two nights at Willows . Very impressive epidural pain relief . On picking Toby up Toby obviously liked his care giver and was given a glowing report for behavior. At home Toby was really comfortable with some paracetamol /codeine . Willows did the wound check and gave me reassurance because I do over worry . Will and all the team are amazing. The cost was very reasonable considering the surgery was done by such a highly qualified Expert in soft tissue surgery ,giving Toby his best chance for a full recovery which he has achieved . The staff are friendly, reassuring, very knowledgeable and caring. They get back to you quickly to try and alleviate any concerns or worries you may have. I hold the centre in very high regard and am so grateful for everything they have done for my girl. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

As soon as I arrived I knew we were in safe hands. Why you may ask!
I sat waiting for our appointment and saw staff coming to greet clients for their appointments and the first thing they did was to greet the animal with genuine care, in the moment attention and compassion.
Further to this I received clear and concise communication from our consultant at a time when I needed to understand our medical diagnosis in simple terms. Surgery was swiftly booked and care was amazing. Such a fabulous team of professionals from the moment we walked through the doors. Thank you all so much for your care and changing lives

We are very impressed with the treatment we received for our dog Rocco. He was seen by Rodrigo recently who operated on Rocco’s eye , he was so polite and reassuring and made us feel more relaxed knowing Rocco was in good hands his assistant was helpful too we would recommend Rodrigo to anyone thank s everyone at the Willow veterinary clinic

Never really trusted vets before..a lot are just in for the money..willows are definitely folk that care about your pets.afterall our pets are family and we want the best for them..they're not cheap but you don't mind as much if you know the care is top notch..I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ashley in the dental team for changing my opinion on vets...they're not all the same...100% would recommend these people to anyone that love their pets..thanks to all at willows

I don’t have enough praise for Willows. They’ve just mended our boy who came down with IVDD and I am truly taken aback by the level of friendly service we have had. Everyone you meet are so lovely and knowledgeable and we owe them everything for mending our little boy. Alva and her team are simply wonderful.

We've now had two dogs treated by the team at Willows. Both times they have been very professional and caring at the same time.

I recently attended The Willows with Arthur, my 8 yr old cocker spaniel and wanted to leave a positive review about the care and treatment we received. All of the staff were kind, caring and professional throughout our visit, which really helped put us at ease.
In particular, I would like to mention Rachel Boneham, who took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. She was patient, understanding and extremely reassuring. Rachel made me feel completely confident in her skills and in the care Arthur was receiving. Her compassionate approach and professionalism were very much appreciated.

After a very emotional and worrying week with our Cocker Spaniel Cooper, we were referred to the Willows. From arrival to picking him back up after emergency surgery everyone was brilliant with our boy. Rob our vet who did the initial assessment of Cooper was amazing really gentle and caring. Daily calls with updates and a genuine care for making sure we felt at ease at one of the most stressful times ever for us. Thank you so much Williows.

Late yesterday afternoon I took my dog (grumpy French bulldog) to my local vets with an eye injury I worried was deteriorating. They agreed that a specialist was needed, and told me my only option based on the urgency and availability was ‘Willows in Birmingham’ and they made me a 9am appointment. I had no idea about these vets and Birmingham felt a long way away.

I have just returned home with an even grumpier (because of the cone) but fixed dog. The vets was extremely easy to locate, was large and clean and professional, and the service we had was exceptional from all staff. Reception was easy and fast, The nurses were knowledgeable, helpful and took complete control of the grumpy and normally resistant-to-be-held dog. The specialist we saw - Alberto - was fantastic in explaining the problem, running me through diagrams, showing real life similar before and after pictures, and walked me through the plans and options available to us. His experience and confidence backed up with real life examples made the decision to go ahead with an operation (corneal repair) easy and obvious. Costs were explained clearly, support was there with insurance claiming etc, and I left Walter in their hands. Within a few hours I had a call from Alberto with a detailed breakdown of the success of the procedure, what aftercare was required, and the time to come and collect. On collection the nurse was fantastic in running me through the medication and aftercare once again. The cost also came in significantly lower than I expected with a breakdown of costs provided. We have literally just returned home and I wouldn’t hesitate to use these vets again for any treatment beyond the scope of my (also excellent) local vets for any of my dogs.

Chester was well looked after by Holly and the team. She kept me updated during Chester’s procedure and I wasn’t kept waiting for hours worrying.
