Hatte ein Pad zur Probe bestellt. Ich hatte lediglich per Email angefragt ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt es zu tauschen in eine andere Größe. Ich hatte mich dann aber dagegen entschieden und auf dem Retourezettel extra angegeben das ich eine Erstattung wünsche und nicht die Verrechnung mit einem anderen anderen Artikel. Nachdem ich den ersten Rückversand gezahlt hatte (ca 20€ nach Polen) habe ich plötzlich eine Email bekommen mit einer Bestellbestätigung für die größere Größe. Ich habe umgehend drum gebeten das zu stornieren. Die Antwort war man könne es nicht mehr stornieren, ich solle das Paket nicht annehmen. Nun wurde das Paket durch jemand anderen angenommen. Und ich sitze hier und darf wohl für den Versand selbst aufkommen, für ein Teil das ich gar nicht bestellt habe, wenn Winderen reagiert auf keine meiner Emails mehr. Leider hat winderen immer noch meine Kaution zum ersten Pad. Weshalb ich nicht warten kann bis sich einer meldet, sondern es innerhalb von 7 Tagen retournieren muss um an mein Geöd zu kommen. Nie mehr wieder!!!!

Min datter er springrytter og red med dem for første gang i går – og vi er allerede imponerede. Hun har tidligere fået et knust knæ, som er blevet genopbygget med donor knogle, plade og skruer, og hun lever derfor med daglige smerter, især under og efter ridning.

Allerede efter første ridetur med disse stigbøjler kunne hun mærke en markant forskel. Hun red endda et par spring, og oplevede langt mindre belastning og ubehag i knæet end normalt.

Det er sjældent, man oplever så tydelig en effekt så hurtigt, og derfor kan vi kun give vores varmeste anbefalinger til andre ryttere – især dem, der døjer med knæproblemer.

I bought a bit from this company and it split after just 3 months. When I told the company, they listed several (false) reasons why this was my fault (eg. that I don't have horses dental work up to date when the horse was seen six months prior and is checked every 8 months, that the bit wasn't fitted correctly when it was, etc). They did offer me a free replacement bit (funny when they said the damage was my fault) but wouldn't give me a refund. To get the replacement I'd have had to buy something else as well and pay carriage charges and import fees. They reckon they can't send a bit alone due to EU restrictions, but Kramer Equestrian in Germany (who I would recommend) don't seem to have this issue. I will never use this company again and recommend that no-one else does.

Habe eine Zoom 50-200-Outdoordecke in 145 gekauft, die leider überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen entspricht. Die Decke liegt auf einem 24 jährigen Irish Cob der sich nur noch moderat frei bewegt und trotzdem ist die Decke bereits nach wenigen Schritten hinten seitlich stark verrutscht und zieht dadurch am Hals nach hinten. Ich kann die Decke nicht empfehlen.

jeg købte et bid januar 2024. Ponyen har været glad for det. Men for en uge siden flækkede gummiet og vi kunne se at metallet indeni var knækket. Der er ikke bidmærker i gummiet der hvor det er flækket.
Jeg kontaktede Winderen. De mener ikke deres bid kunne have et svagt punkt, og henviste til der kun er 1 års garanti. Biddet er 1 år og 4 mdr gammelt.
Ponyen har regelmæssigt fået ordnet tænder. Sidst for 5 mdr siden. Bid og trense er tilpasset ved tandlæge.
De tilbød at jeg kunne sende biddet til dem så kunne de hjælpe mig med at finde årsagen. Men de ville ikke erstatte noget.

Das Olivenkopf Gebiss doppelt gebrochen wird gut angenommen. Allerdings kommt die Ware aus Polen (ich hatte das ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet) und die Verarbeitung der Metallteile ist nicht gut. Auch wenn auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt wird, dass die Gebisse handgefertigt werden, kann man schon erwarten, dass metallurgisch gut gearbeitet wird und die Schleifarbeiten passen. So sieht es nicht nur nach Hand gefertigt aus sondern auch nach „mal schnell zusammengeschustert). Für 145 Euro erwarte ich eigentlich saubere Arbeit. Ansonsten ist mein Pferd happy, auch nur deswegen die 2 Punkte.

They have a terrible return policy and will not take back unused products still in packaging! Terrible, rude customer service.

I recently ordered the Swales Pehlam at the advice of my trainer. When it arrived I realized you cannot use it without a curbchain. I was fairly certain my highly sensitive mare would not tolerate the chain and didn't want to spend all that money on a bit she would reject. By the time I found a bit to try with a chain and realized it was outside the return window. But I still expect a company to accept unused, still in the packaging products. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so.

Ich habe ein winderen Stangengebiss für etwa 146€ bestellt.
Geliefert wurde mir das Gebiss in einer Plastiktüte- keine umverpackung, keine Anleitung und auch kein Imbusschlüssel nach 5 Tagen- die Versandtasche kam aus Polen.
Das Metall an den D- Ringen wies soviele Kratzer und Gebrauchsspuren auf, der weiße Kunststoff zeigt ein paar Abplatzer an den Kanten und was mich am meisten störte, der schwarze logoaufdruck an der Seite des weißen Gebisses, war verlaufen und sah aus. Wie verschmiert...
Der Kundenservice erklärte mir auf meine Beschwerde und Zusendung von Fotos, dass die gebisse handgefertigt werden und man daher mit Abweichungen rechnen müsse, die das Pferd nicht beeinträchtigen werden.
Dem muss ich zustimmen - das Pferd würde durch die Mängel sicher nicht beeinträchtigt sein. Aber ich finde für fast 150€ kann ich als Kunde erwarten ein auch optisch einwandfreies Gebiss zu bekommen...
Ich habe mir inzwischen ein ähnliches Gebiss einer günstigeren Firma gekauft, dieses erhielt ich innerhalb von 2 Tagen, es war nagelneu und einwandfrei und mein Pferd ist damit sehr zufrieden!
Ich kaufe hier nicht mehr!

Our horses are very happy with the bits we bought. Our young horse however managed to damage the bit. I contacted customer service and, although it is probably our mistake, they proposed to replace the bit by a thinner version for free. Very fast and accurate feedback. They help to look for a solution.

Produkty warte swojej ceny! Po 2 operacjach kolana jazda konna niestety wiązała się z ciągłym bólem. Testowałem wiele rozwiązań, ale dopiero strzemiona Winderen pomogły! Przekonany tym działaniem postanowiłem skorzystać z możliwości testowania podkładki pod siodło. Kolejny super produkt, który ze mną zostaje po testach.

Honestly I am surprised to see so few opinions. I am really happy with products themselves, as well as with the support team. I was unsure about the bit I should choose for my horse, and with the advice provided it was great success. Also the half pad I npurchased made huge difference both for my horse (he is so loose now <3) and for me - my back pain is gone!

Would recommend to everone.

Najwyższa jakość wykonania i odczuwalne efekty. Uwielbiam klasyczną elegancję, mam podkładkę, czapraki, strzemiona i wędzidło. I to na pewno nie koniec :)

mouthpieces started flaking off in first month, metal cheek pieces rusted, stirrups started peeling and do not provide any shock absorption as advertised, half pads just cheap foam in a nice cover. No returns or aftercare of any kind.

Update: looks like their solution is to throw a couple fake reviews on here rather than refund their scam products.

All of their products are cheap junk and fall apart. None of their claims are honest. Its a full blown scam company that puts money into Instagram advertising when it could be better spent refunding for faulty goods or perhaps actually making products that do what they claim.

I have two bits from them. They are both broken. I have a horse that chews a lot and bought this because it said on their website that it was suitable for it. But have now both broken within a year. My horse gets a dentist every 8 months. That's a lot of money to pay for such a bad product

Mouthpiece fell apart after a few months of only weekly use over the winter. When I told the company, they listed several (false) reasons why this was my fault (eg. that I don't have horses dental work up to date when the horse was seen six months prior and is checked annually, that the horse was fed alfalfa when they are not, etc). They refused any sort of compensation.

Cheekpieces rust and stick easily as they are overlapping metal. They do not seem to have been constructed with an actual horse in mind, as the proportions are wonky and not aimed at utility.

--Note that mouthpieces suffer from the same, as they are huge inside the horse's mouth. They were large on my draft cross, so I can only imagine how they might look on an average-sized horse.

Stirrups are just cheap plastic and not constructed with any impact mechanism as claimed on the website.

Half pads look pretty but claims made about them also appear inaccurate.

Products are overpriced, advertised with false claims and bogus research and not fit to purpose
