Kevin was great to work with from start to final installment. His team did a awesome job and we love the new windows and how they look and function.

From the sales process all the way down to the installer that had put in our side door and a storm front door on our bungalow, it was a lovely experience.
Our installer was so kind and courteous, and he answered all the questions, invited us in at every step to see the progress. Make sure that it was right and just went above and beyond for our door Sale that we were so worried about, and it was just awesome thanks Blair Matt.

My wife and I are in Calgary, and I'd worn anyone getting a quote from this Project Manager -
(Igor) - be ready to kick this guy out! I can bet you'd receive better customer service from another competitors employee!
From the start, it was off-putting. He started off forward and pleasant but, I had to introduce myself first. Weird but kept going. After the quick intro he rushed in, pointed at windows, fired off numbers without explaination as to what he was doing and then claimed he could give good price because he was a manager. He spoke fast with a thick accent, making it hard to follow, and gave us very little time to absorb everything. When we asked about styles or timing, he got pushy, raised his voice, cut us off, and turned cold when we hesitated to set a date and write a post-dated cheque. I had enough and kicked him out! The price provided was actually acceptable, but the pressure and attitude WAS NOT! He left no written quote. Just a business card with scratched-in (before/after date) prices.
If this company is truly endorsed by Brian Baeumler, I wouldn't stake my reputation on a company who has an employee like this. No matter the price or work quality, this guy left a bad taste!!! Check BBB reveiws for 1star - this lady had a similar experience to ours, so must be same guy.

I had 2 older windows replaced. they look fabulous now, these windows are nice high quality. it did take a few weeks for my custom sizes to be made, But they called me on monday morning, we can install on friday, the men had some engineering to do with my century home. things just weren't square. the end work looks fantastic.
I'd highly recommend this team. work was fantastic and prices were the best.

Buyer beware. Don't be fooled by Brian Baeumler's endorsement of this company. Bad and unsafe installation and poor follow up. They claim to use inhouse installers but this is untrue. Third party installers show up with CCW shirts but make no mistake, they're not inhouse. I'm currently having structural issues but installer is the one texting me about it when company should be escalating this to upper mgmnt. To date, no one has called me. So disappointed. A 1/4 inch lintel which installer claims is a half inch (we have photos) was used to support a 16 ft opening with an entire floor of brick above. Google this and see what it says about it. It tells you everything you need to know about Canadian Choice Windows but yet company claims it's safe. We had to build a wall and add weather protection as they left site with plywood on the inside of the house. Also, they claimed they had the 5 panel bifold door that we wanted in stock (and the main reason we bought all our windows with them) so we wouldn't have to wait for this door as it's made in Germany, but somehow when we pushed for install, they called to say the door was damaged inside their warehouse. Really?? Or did that door never exist! Now we wait with no compensation. Another point - same installer did the brick and didn't use one metal stap and of course walls are crooked as hell. AVOID....I have reached out again for a resolution and will update. Stand by for more...

We had Albert Kohen take us thru the showroom and then come to the house for a quote. Very Efficient and knowledgable with his business. Even had a few suggestions that we never thought of.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with Canadian Choice Windows

We initially contacted Canadian Choice Windows in June 2025, and our project was not fully completed until March 2026. While the windows are now finally installed, the process to get there was long, stressful, and filled with repeated issues.

From the outset, the sales experience set unrealistic expectations. Igor, the salesperson, made numerous promises about what would be included—such as reinstalling blinds, replacing window casing at no cost, and ensuring we would be “100% happy.” As first-time window buyers, we relied on his guidance, but important details were not clearly explained, including post-installation responsibilities like sealing and repainting window sills, as well as differences in window finishes.

The installation process itself was highly problematic. The initial crew rushed their work, leaving staple holes throughout the window sills that were poorly filled and later became clearly visible. As a result, the sills now require proper repair, sanding, and repainting—work I do not have the time to complete myself and will now need to pay for out of pocket. Additionally, our blinds were removed but did not fit back after installation, despite assurances that they would. When a crew was eventually sent to address this, they were visibly frustrated, never spoke in a language we could understand and unprofessional.

There were also serious quality control concerns. A bedroom window was installed with a large scratch and, notably, this was not disclosed to us—we only discovered it by chance in the light. It is deeply concerning that this would have been left as-is had we not caught it ourselves. Furthermore, during the installation of the sliding glass door, the surrounding drywall was damaged (they didn't score the paint properly and it ripped off). Rather than informing us, this damage was concealed behind trim. When we later discovered and raised this issue, we were told it was simply “part of the process” and nothing could be done. Igor gave us $100 off and told us to go and get paint, sand it, glue it back down and paint it, etc. That was his way of correcting this error, to put the onus on us, the homeowners.

Compounding these issues were repeated ordering errors. The sliding glass door was ordered incorrectly multiple times, requiring several return visits over many months. The bedroom window also had to be reordered more than once. What should have been a straightforward project extended into nearly a full year.

Communication and customer service were consistently poor. Despite the fact that the work was incomplete and errors remained unresolved, we were repeatedly asked to submit full payment. These requests continued even while we were still waiting for correct materials and proper installation.

Most concerning was an incident where a representative was sent to our home unannounced to pursue payment. He arrived without any scheduled appointment, claimed he was “just in the neighbourhood,” and was both overbearing and untruthful about the situation. His manner was intimidating, and the entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. This is not an acceptable or professional way to interact with customers.

To acknowledge the positive, the final crew who completed the last installations and trim work were respectful and professional, and the windows themselves are now functional. However, the process to get to this point involved significant stress, repeated disruptions, and additional personal cost.

Overall, this was an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience. Between the delays, errors, lack of transparency, poor workmanship, and inappropriate customer interactions, this project caused far more stress than it should have. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Canadian Choice Windows.

Everything was fine at first, they measured our windows and door and came in to do the job. On the day of, they said that the measurement was off, and now they need to make adjustments. They want to charge my family over 3k more than what was originally arranged.

We ordered a new patio door and window - they hit all of the timing windows they set out when we placed our order. The install team did a great job on our wonky Toronto house. It's been about 6 weeks and we are super happy with the results, and will go back to them when we need more of our windows re-done.

I have replaced about 27 windows about 7 years ago. Just bought another door. Always have great experience with this company

Window installation completed today and a professional job by Dave and Kent., very thorough and efficient. Really pleased with their work and would highly recommend them in PEI for any window jobs. Brad was excellent to deal with and it was seamless from ordering, measuring, and installation.

I recently had my windows and front door replaced, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free. The team was super friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain all my options without making me feel rushed or pressured. Anatoliy was especially helpful, he answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident with my choices. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the process.
The new windows completely changed the look of my home, and the front door is such a nice upgrade, it honestly boosted the whole curb appeal.
Overall, I’m really happy I chose this company. The combination of great customer service, quality products, and skilled installation made it such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows or doors, you won’t regret it.

Months to do a job they messed up on. If it looks like crap, Then it probably is. This company is ALL out to dig you up only to falter and leave their customers hanging. I should have sued, And still have a few months to decide. Stay away from this Company is my advice.!

installation from the start was horrible..now a bit later and the trim around windows separating..some bowing in windows..i think they are the wrong windows to begin with...squeakey cranks when opening window...if there was a zero i would give them that rating....afraid to phone them as they would probably cause more damage to my cedar home

We recently replaced 11 original windows on our 35 year residence. From beginning to end it was a nice experience. Mila was our project coordinator and did an excellent job of informing us of the process of their manufacturing process, installation process etc. She took the original measurements and then was prompt in providing an estimate. Gino, the installer then came and did the final measurements. Approx 6 weeks later, Gino and his helper came and installed the windows in less than 2 days. They were professional and courteous and did an excellent job, covering furniture etc, and cleaning up after. Price was competitive on the market place. Would highly recommend CC to anyone who is looking to replace windows and doors.
