First withdrawal request and is for £600 so far has taken
30 days and 22 business days and now im informed it will be even longer..:
I am appalled and disgusted that this is even allowed to happen.
First of all this is a trust based industry where when we lose we have to just accept it. When we win the same should apply from the company and pay.
Receiving winnings is the best part of winning gambling.

Auszahlungen werden nicht durchgeführt. Der Support Antwortet nur mit Standardantworten. Ich habe 3 Monate auf eine Auszahlung gewartet dann kam eine Mail dass die Auszahlung nicht durchgeführt wurde und ich eine neue Auszahlungsanfrage anfordern könne. Seit dem wieder nichts. Das Geld ist also weg. Lasst bitte die Finger von diesem Fake Casino

Its funny how everyone complaining about withdrawals not being paid out, I did a deposit 3 days ago and the money were drawn from my bank instantly but it still says 0 on my account. The support just keep saying its "pending".

I been experiencing casinos with slow or even non existing withdrawal routines, but not even getting my deposit credited to the account was a new one :`)

I have been reading here about this site and only seen bad reviews. The site does feel abit shady. Just the payment after 21 works day thing kinda threw me off guard and it lags so much, can barely contact support. Though at the end of the day I still got my payment. It only took 2 work days for me so I dont really understand why it has been so slow for everybody else. Maybe I was just lucky. I really hope everybody gets there winnings. I don’t really have anything bad to say as they were nice to me and I got my payment, but I don’t think I will be playing there again as I like instant payment and better sites. Best of luck to you all if you decide to play on this site. I only write this because I don’t want people to lose hope in getting payed.

The casino itself is fine in itself. Good bonuses and reasonable game offer.
Paying out is a drama. really horrible. Never experienced anything like it. It takes 21 working days for them to pay out. Between 7 and 21 working days. Of course they make that 21 working days. Nothing wrong with that, but in the meantime you cannot make another payment. If you want to deposit and you have made a profit, you have to wait for your withdrawal to be processed. So what are they going to do? play up the money. That's really outrageous. Think twice before playing here.
