I've recently received my new gaming PC from Wired2Fire, having bought from them in the past. Prior to my purchase, I was given advice on the build to suit my requirement, and all queries, whether by email or telephone, were dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Wired2Fire, particularly as they offer life time support, and are so easy to contact. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Just had an absolutely fantastic gaming pc delivered. A big thanks to Dan and Alex who were always available to answer my questions and offer advice on what components would best suit my needs. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Wired2Fire.

Purchased a Flight Sim PC which was delivered last week, unfortunately had a problem initially thought to be the graphics card, returned same for testing, but appeared ok !
I bit the bullet and travelled from Cambridge to their premises with the PC having phoned Dan and Alex numerous times, during which they were thoroughly helpful and understanding.
Left it with them and stayed locally overnight, during which time they carried out numerous checks and found the problem to be a faulty PSU, which they changed and then all was good.
The guys were thoroughly professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I would have no hesitation recommending them if you are in the market for a PC. Excellent Service all round.

Learned about Wired2fire from the Simhanger YouTube Flight Simulation channel. I mailed Wired2fire a configuration I thought would be good for me to run MSFS2020 and they immediately came back to me with a better configuration and an explanation why. This, in fact, was less expensive than my original choice!

The PC was built and delivered within the time frame advertised with substantial packing. It’s a fantastic PC and I’m very pleased with it. Any support queries are answered immediately. A great company.

Just received my third gaming rig from w2f.
The last one I had from them, was nearly nine years ago....and still dealing with nearly everything very well.
The staff are very helpful. And being able to speak to the people directly involved is a huge plus.
I was glad to find they now offer, budget, mid range and high spec builds.
And the component range they offer has expanded greatly since my last purchase.
Great company, would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Got in touch with Wired2fire re what PC would be suitable for me - elderly with moderate IT skills. They were brilliant. helped me with a great deal of straight forward language which I could understand.
Had the machine now for just under a year and minor problem occurred.
Called them - they could not be more helpful. Suggested a couple things. Didn't work. Got in remotely, no luck.
No problem out came packaging to return to them.
hopefully will be back to me soon.

A quick shout out for W2F. had a niggle with my PC, contacted W2F by phone and given suggested remedies. Didn't work so took PC to their premises in Dorking following week and Alec dealt with the problem there and then while I waited. Top class service so many thanks to Dan & Alec.

Fantastic Company. I have had a machine from them for 5/6 years now and also had some upgrades a couple of years ago that they did for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the support is amazing at all times.
They are not a 'small business', but compared to some of the custom PC builders they are, but they give big business customer service and the quality of their work is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I have had a gaming machine built by this company for years and it is still going. The customer service from them is excellent. I recommend you put your trust in them to deliver what you want.

Wired2Fire built me a top notch lightning quick system for flight sim. I have seen my FPS go from 19 in X plane 11 with my old system to 100 with this new machine. Really pleased with the company and the machine.

Thank you Dan and the team for building an impressive 2021 PC for me. Your customer service is excellent. The build quality is excellent with a very neat cabling solution. The computer was doubled boxed with tons of air-filled bags around the PC cabinet box. The GPU was held firmly in place by anti-static foam.

This is my second PC from this excellent company, the first one is just coming up to 10 years old and is still going strong! The PC has been built for flight simulation.

I did my research before I decided to take the plunge and buy a new PC and Wired2Fire kept coming top of the list. I'm so glad that I chose them to build it. To say I'm extremely pleased is an understatement. The PC itself is fantastic and cable management and the general aesthetic effect is brilliant. I had been slightly concerned about the PC being damaged in transit but it was particularly well protected. It will be a while before I need to replace it but I'll be back to W2F when I do. Highly recommended.

Bought a Predator PC from this company and upgraded a few of the specs with great and impartial help from Dan.
Was made aware of the delay with the graphics cards but they kept me in the loop at all stages via email and telephone. Great customer service
PC arrived so well packaged..an understatement.
Wow it is so fast...
One issue was it wouldn't shutdown due to software conflict between bios and windows.
Dan and Toby looked into this for me and found the solution quickly and talked me through the fix. So impressed with these guys.
Wired2fire was found by chance but honestly I can't praise these guys enough..PC is awesome and matched by the expert and friendly service from the sales team...
If you are looking for an upgrade then for price quality and service these guys are so worth a look

I purchased a Sim X-2020 Wasp several months ago and have been using it everyday without a problem. It is without doubt the best desktop computer I have ever had and I have had quite a few. If you need to call them you get instant highly professional help. Use this company without fear of being ripped off. There are only 5 stars to give them but if I could I would give them 10!

This note of professional commendation refers to Wired2Fire ref the supply and ongoing service regarding their computers for the flight simulator. I've purchased two computers from W2F the second approaching two year warranty period.

Inevitably, 'simmers will get 'crash/ freeze' issues occasionally or on a regular basis the latter in my case where my computer would freeze after about three to four hours of perfect operation.

Toby Roberts ( W3F - technical ) and the writer have spent hours, literally hours reviewing printouts and computer generated reports from Task Manager, Event Viewer, CPU-Z and GPU-Z. We have changed hardware and found all in order. In, short the computer with default X-Plane and Microsoft Simulator both using default aircraft works perfect for ever. The introduction of payware or respected freeware the system would terminate. The problem appears to be with 'Memory Leakage and interface with Xlua'

The hardware and quality of the W2F computers is excellent.

To be honest the problem is not resolved, only identified and that would not have been the case save for the post sales professional services of W2F.

Flight simmers are caught between many interfaces when problems occur eg, hardware, flight sim platform, purchased planes, add ons never mind the operating system in this case windows. We are faced with tedious elimination to identify the root cause.

I highly recommend W2R as the timely supplier for your next flight sim computer. Excellent post sales service, always there to help with unparalleled effort to identify and software problems you are likely to encounter.

Will use them again for my third computer supply in the years to come.
