Really good service, really good kit. I was attracted by the great name after reading they got a top review in What PC for 'PCs around £600'. We're really happy to support small businesses and it's not surprising they got an award.

I have had two computers from Wired2Fire buying the first one in 2012 which I still use for everyday use now as it is still going strong. I decided to get new computer and had no hesitation in buying it from Wired2Fire and run both Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 and X-plane 11.50 with no issues at all. The after sales service that you get from this company is outstanding even when I've had the odd issue with my first one bought in 2012 they have been really helpful. I can't rate this company enough you get an outstanding product with good sound solid advice from really helpfull people.

PC was bought in March so I’ve had it for nearly seven months.

It’s been operating without any problems since and performing up to my expectations. I’m very pleased with it and consider it a good investment.

I love my PC. It's the second one I've bought from W2F and I don't know how they can sell these PCs at the price they do. The individual parts would come close to the actual price and when you factor in the build time and testing and the overclocking they do plus an excellent warranty... It's clear you're actually stealing from them.

I'll definitely use the company again in future. They were very professional and my PC is a water cooled 2070 super with 32gb of ram and a 1tb solid state hard-drive.

Im seriously impressed with ray tracing ability and speed it plays games. It can even play Crisis on max settings (the 2020 one)

Thanks to Dan who arranged to pickup my w2f pc for an upgrade with lots of help and advice on return of the pc it now runs amazingly fast Dan is very knowledgeable and gave me help to get it up and running

Had no idea where to buy a gaming PC from, so asked a colleague who recommended Wired2Fire.

Lots of quick feedback when deciding on spec with great advice. Changed the order (motherboard) several days after ordering and it was no problem. Machine arrived on time and is perfect! Since then I have had a couple of questions answered immediately and accurately. Fantastic service and build quality. Very, very pleased. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Wired2Fire. They helped me to spec my gaming PC with honest advice. It was delivered in reasonable time and worked well for two and a half years (I bought it in Nov 2016). It had an driver issue in 2017 and this was identified and solved quickly and efficiently over the phone at no charge. The PC hard drive started to fail last week and again the team was attentive. Toby collected the PC and he and Dan updated me by phone. I got a new hard drive at a reasonable cost (I even upgraded it) and again there was no charge as the Labour was within the three year warranty period. I am pleased to have my PC back and working with minimum of fuss. Joe

Built a super high end PC with these guys and it only took over a week to be delivered. No problems at all so far and the PC runs like a beast!

I purchased a Diablo Extreme from Wired2Fire in 2016 for around £4250. Bare in mind this is was an advertised build not a personalised custom PC.
The PC was supposed to be delivered on within 5 days, I finally received it 6-7 weeks after it was ordered. This was supposedly down to faulty parts and their own faulty testing equipment.
I am not an unreasonably person and understand that’s these things can happen but 6-7 weeks! , it was their conduct throughout this period which was inadequate and incompetent. It was down to me to constantly chase them for updates as to where my PC was, they would never contact me to update on the progress. Although they apologised they never seemed to grasp that they had £4500 of my money and it was their responsibility, no one else’s, to deliver on this PC. It was very much a dismissive attitude of you will get your PC when you get it.
6-7weeks is just simply unacceptable. They just couldn’t seem to grasp this. At no point was I offered a refund and I was honestly shocked that when I finally received the PC that I wasn’t given a small discount or maybe a free upgrade, even a £10 Steam Voucher would have gone a long way as a way of recompense and accepting responsibility.
I wouldn’t have written this review if the same thing had not happened again. After 2 years the PSU and motherboard blew out on the PC. The system was sent back to Wired2Fire for repair. Same story, I am sitting here 4 weeks after they received the PC with no sign of if coming back. Sure, I accept they have to deal with suppliers of the broken parts and order new parts etc and this may take time, but 4 weeks?! As a business man myself I know if you want to get things done you chase people, move it up the chain if needs be and deliver on what your supposed to do.
I’m unsure whether Wired2Fire are overstretched, have cash flow problems, or incompetent.
To be fair the PC was great while it was working, but for price it should be.

I was stunned at the honesty of the sales rep as I was trying spec up the X15 with very high end components. The sales rep Dan, walked me thru the essentials components that I really I needed without an overkill which saved me a significant amount of money. After the sale there were some minor issues, and he was very patient in talking me thru what I needed to do in overcoming this apparent common issue. This such a different experience to my previous supplier who were keen to (and sold) a system that was way beyond my needs. And they were very short when I requested support on the new system. I cannot recommend W2F highly enough and I will not hesitate to buy another system fro them. Thank you Dan!!

still using a computer you guys built from 2013, working perfectly. spent a months wages when i first joined the navy and it's the best purchase i ever made. i always recommend your site to anyone interested in gaming pc's.
