Well to start with my labels were due to arrive last week. I called and was told UPS didn’t pick them up. Then I was told they won’t even ship out till today. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t rectify the problem right away and ship that day. I’ve been in business for myself for 12 years and find the customer service to be less than desirable.

I run a small business and have tried several other printers to print my labels. All I have experienced is delay and lack of service. Wizard has been unbelievable. Not only have they responded quickly to every request or question that I have had but the labels produced have been high quality and always delivered on time. They are the best!

Fast Delivery, nice labels

I paid for two day shipping for a critical run for a new product launch happening for this weekend and as of today - Day 3 the labels are still not there .
No sense of urgency or care from customer service team i I have been using Sticker Giant and most likely will go back to them as I never felt valued as a customer .

This was my first order with Wizard Labels, and it was a very positive experience. First, I received helpful assistance with selecting the materials and setup options. Then, when someone at Wizard made a mistake with one of my label images, it appeared on the proof .pdf, and I alerted Wizard. Within 5 minutes, someone at Wizard had responded and corrected the error. Yesterday, the labels arrived, and they are great -- just what my client had hoped for. Mistakes happen to all of us, but it's how a company responds that really matters. Wizard performed as needed at every step. My client is already planning her next order!

I have not received either of my packages even though fed ex says they have been delivered. I paid extra for rush delivery and am leaving the country try for 8 months in 2 days. This is a pretty big problem!

Quality of the labels is great. It was REALLY nice to be able to do custom sizing without a huge upsell. Thank you!

1 version of label was ordered. The rolls did not have a nice straight sidewall and caused issue with our labeling line. Also 1 roll was top off first and the next roll was bottom off first. Pricing used to be competitive, now they run sales, but when sales don't coincide with restocking the pricing is not competitive.
