Wolf Cycles Avaliações

Needed some Brake Pads rather urgently ... Ordered yesterday at 14:45 and they arrived this morning before 10am, by 11am I was out on the bike. Great service and excellent turnaround times and also a good price - Will definitely be using again.

First time I had come across this site! They had the tires for my bike that I was looking for cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered at 3.15pm and my order arrived the next day. Amazing service.

Competitive pricing, prompt delivery and reply to emails. Customer service has been brilliant with a personal touch too. Thank you Wolf Cycles.

Very good competitive pricing on hard to find stock. Compared to other retailers, Wolf Cycles make the effort to get items dispatched and delivered very quickly. Dependable in emergencies.

Great service, prompt deliver, great price

Items arrived as described, speedy delivery. Great service

Brilliant as normal the components are always well packaged and the delivery is very quick and always genuine parts .
So we'll done Great Company.

An all round great online shopping experience. The key for me is the amazingly lower prices for my regular cycling essentials. At the time of purchase chamois buttr ultra was up to £13 cheaper than the other online cycling shops. Finish line oil was a couple of £ cheaper too.
Wolf Cycles stock Castelli - the only clothing brand I use because I've used it since the early 90's.
The other pleasant surprise was that there is a FREE next day Royal Mail tracked delivery service available. This service covered the items I ordered that also included a Castelli jacket and front bike light. It's a very pleasant surprise that normally is a paid option elsewhere. Some places charge £5 just for a delivery that may take 5 days to arrive.
Great customer service over the phone too. I'm looking forward to visiting their setup later in the year - Long town.
For your great enthusiasm and helpful cost effective service I'm a very happy customer and hope you do very well for helping to benefit customers with lower prices.

Good prices. Delivered next day (free delivery).
Great service.

Knowing that you are going to get a genuine part especially when it is a chain as there are so many fakes about. Delivery was fast I have used Wolf Cycles in the past and will do again
Graeme

Good price, prompt delivery.

Repeat customer, good prices and service keeps me coming back

Well packaged product

Really good delivery times and quality items. Good price. Tyres easy to put on bike and waiting for the weather to improve to go out

Ordered a couple of pairs of tyres and some smaller items. This was my first order and it duly arrived next day with free delivery due to order cost. The prices were very close to some european outlets, unusual for a UK store, keep it that way. All items were in first class condition, boxed where the manufacturer did so( folding tyres ). It was just chance that my search engine returned the link to Wolf Cycles as more often than not it is the big outlets that are at the top of searches. I'd like to think this hasn't been a one off experience as the store seems a good alternative to the well known outlets.

Very fast delivery
Good price.

Very competitive on pricing.
Website well laid out and I personally like that it’s very clear if an item is in or out of stock.
Processing and delivery was fast.
I will check back in future.

Easy to order and delivery was on day advised would order from this store again

Items priced competitively, swift dispatch and delivery by Royal Mail (not some untrustworthy courier service), plus a very useful free gift included with my order.
Well done - and thanks!

The product I ordered ( Castelli flanders thermal base layer) was the cheapest deal by far on the internet at the moment- Received the product within 48 hours as promised. First time buyer with the company and bit puzzled why I've never come across them before in my extensive searching , Will definitely use them again.
