Not recommended

Contacted them in January 2023, I was desperate and I needed to travel with my two bunnies to Italy.
Told me they will inform me, never did. They said "in a couple of minutes I'll tell you" EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR UPDATES, then stopped responding.
Never heard of them again.
I traveled anyways with another company, way more cheaper than their absurd prices.
Lack of organization and client services. Not recommended.

Nuestra experiencia con Woof Airlines

El viaje de nuestra hermosa Agatha desde Buenos Aires a Roma con Woof Airlines fue realmente excepcional. Desde el momento en que nos pusimos en contacto el equipo de Woof se mostró increíblemente amable y atento. Nos guiaron a través de todo el proceso, nos proporcionaron información detallada sobre cómo sería el traslado, hicieron grupo de WhatsApp, mantuvimos un contacto constante, nos asesoraron con respecto a todo lo necesario, respondieron todas nuestras dudas, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento.

Una vez que abordaron el avión, el equipo de Woof nos aseguró que estaban tomando todas las medidas necesarias para garantizar el confort y seguridad de nuestra mascota. Nos dieron la tranquilidad de saber que estaba en buenas manos.

En resumen, la experiencia con Woof Airlines superó nustras expectativas en cuanto al transporte de Agatha. La atención magnífica y el cuidado excepcional que brindaron a nuestra mascota hicieron que el viaje fuera sin complicaciones y memorable. Estamos agradecidos por el servicio de alta calidad que recibimos de Woof Airlines.

I would never transport my pets with…

I would never transport my pets with them again not would I recommend this service. We contracted a transport from Madrid to Cambridge by van for our three cats, it was not cheap at all, and below just in case it may be of help you can find some facts that should be considered for future clients

1. Only one driver was assigned for the entire transport therefore if any problem animals are stuck.
2. We were told the night before that we had to provide kennels, watering etc regardless what they had told us, we finally did not provide this.
3. No real tracking on animals location
4. We were not told that cats would be sharing transport with other pets
5. Cats arrived deshidrated after 40 hours being in the kennel while they should have only been 20.
6. We barely received photos
7. Van broke up in France and they did not have a back up driver so they had to send someone from London to pick up animals
8. Worst communication ever

In a nutshell will never recommend this company to anyone.

No lo recomiendo. Fatal.
Me pasaron un presupuesto de 7897 euros por llevar como equipaje en bodega a mis 4 perros desde Costa Rica a España. Con un vuelo directo de Iberia a Madrid y luego por tierra a destino. Con alquiler de jaulas y servicio puerta a puerta. Aceptamos.
Nos enviaron un contrato super precario de tres páginas, con errores en el apellido, pusieron origen Malta y destino Chile, domicilio en Valencia (?), con entrega en aeropuerto (ya no "puerta a puerta") y, encima, liberándose de TODA responsabilidad por CUALQUIER TIPO de daño o por muerte en el traslado. Fijaron ellos la fecha de traslado, luego me la cambiaron, luego me dijeron que tenía que llevar los perros al aeropuerto y, por último, me pidieron que tenia que ir un día antes al aeropuerto a retirar las jaulas y, luego, llevarlas al día siguiente junto con los perros.
Hoy, cuando pido la información para el pago, me entero por un veterinario amigo que tengo que presentar, además, un certificado de la UE avalado por SENASA de Costa Rica. Supuestamente en el precio (7897 euros) incluyen la asesoría de documentación (ellos no hacen nada) y tampoco eso hicieron, casi viajo con todo (chip, libretas y análisis de rabia) pero sin certificado oficial.
Cuando me quejé por todo lo que estaba mal, me dijeron que ellos me estaban "ayudando" (7897 euros) con un traslado con solo 7 días de anticipación (cuando la fecha la fijaron ellos, nunca la pusimos nosotros) y que me estaban "ayudando" con las jaulas, por eso me pedian que las buscara antes de viajar, cuando en realidad ofrecen ellos mismos el alquiler.
Les recordé que yo estaba pagando un servicio, no pidiendo "ayuda". Me cortaron el teléfono y me bloquearon.
Otra cosa, cuando les dije que yo pensaba que estaban en Luxemburgo, me dijeron que no, que son una empresa española y que les envíe impresión de pantalla con lo de Luxemburgo porque seguro era una equivocacion mía. Ni ellos saben que tienen en la página la dirección de Luxemburgo, o quizás es una estrategia.
En fin, ni me molesté en escribirles de nuevo y voy a trasladar a mis perros con otra agencia, pero lo pasé muy mal y creo que me libré con lo justo.

Woof Airlines is a scam

They ask you for crazy and unnecessary amount of money. They wanted to charge me 8,000 mxn for some paperwork that I refused to pay and said I would do it myself.... when I did it by myself, that same paperwork was FREE.
When doing this, I called them to ask something SENASICA needed to know and they YELLED HORRIBLY at me on the phone, no one has ever talked to me that way. And it was because "I was not supposed to say that I am using Woof Airline service and show the document that says so." That left me thinking that they work undercover and maybe even illegally. I mean, for the way they yelled at me...

Another time, they wanted me to pay 4,700 euros for a cargo service, but when I asked personally and directly to cargo, they told me it was approximately a total of 1,700 euros. Why did Woof Airlines asked me for 4,700 then?? Oh and when I asked them, they told me that it was because of the paperwork that I already knew it's free.

Please be careful! They take advantage that we are desperate pet parents that all we want is their safety and wellness. And that's why I ended up paying for the crazy amount of $100,000 mxn the first time I travelled with my Kora (dog), but not again.

I contacted this company earlier January to fly on march from Chile to Germany with my five pets, a crazy amount of money that I had been saving for and willing to pay, thinking "If I pay for the service, and is done by professionals, it will be done well"

With almost two months to prepare they found the way to make it impossible.

Jeily was very unhelpful from the beginning, giving a "bad vibe" but I stuck with them because I had read good reviews and was trusting it was just my handler that was the bad apple. During the almost two months before the flight, I contacted her constantly, trying to get everything clear and on point to have the least issues possible, confirming dates, restrictions, routes, protocols, etc., we were still with pandemic restrictions and everything could be more complicated than needed. And It was. Jeily was constantly reminding me to make the payments, get the paperwork needed, get the veterinarian certificates, get the "right" size crates, to have everything in order, which could be nice, until certain point.
When I was having trouble finding the right size for the crates, I asked her if they as company could provide them, as it says in the website they can do, she said it was "not possible". Finally we found some "right" sized crates -according to her "right"- on our own.

At last, the week of the flight comes, we have all in order, veterinarian certificates, all documents, payments done.

Three days before the flight she asks me "if it would be inconvenient to change the flight date" because her transporters couldn't get the permits to enter the country, they didn't have the vaccine certificates from their country and in mine they couldn't be let in without quarantining.

It was quite inconvenient indeed.

I asked her if it was possible to send someone different, someone with the paperwork updated. She said it was "not possible". They had all the logistics already prepared, the tickets bought, it was absolutely impossible to send someone different. She says that they will do everything possible to get their paperwork and make it happen in the expected date, or at least only a couple of days later.
...and they couldn't get their papers, then they got one, then one of the guys got COVID...

It was then when she offered me to fly a week later, with different transporters. Nooooow it was possible to have someone different, of course.

I started looking for alternatives and said no, I had everything arranged to fly on that weekend, I'm a freelancer and I don't have just one boss to answer to. I had to organise everything so I would have enough time to get back to work. I needed to fly on that day and would do it even if I had to fly my pets myself.

Well well well, I asked for a refund because they weren't doing their part of the contract, she said OK.

Next thing is I'm being contacted by Miguel, the owner of the company; Suddenly they had found the people to do the job on the day needed, they had all the paperwork, they had everything to make it possible, I still requested the money back, I was upset, angry, frustrated. He offered the moon and stars while saying that the refund wasn't possible because it was too short timed... ? And I agreed again to do it with them, because he was not willing to return the whole payment since now "he could provide the service" so it was me who was breaking the contract... So I didn't want to both lose the money and lose my head.

Then he says he will not do it, and return the money within 24 hours. It took four days.

Thennnnnn...

When I was arranging to fly my pets on my own, while talking to the airline I found out that Jeily's "right" size was not right at all, they were too small, the pets could not go in those crates. Mind you, these crates are not cheap and I had bought five.

The airline was not flying my pets and I was not going at all, because after everything she had “done” to make the trip happen, on top of that, she gave me the wrong directions.

Funny thing is I ended up flying two weeks later because it took some time to find the right size of crates.

I had to do the vet checkups again. Request the certificates again (They are valid for only 10 days)
Cancel the flights -twice- and book again... we all know that booking a flight few days ahead is not the cheapest way to fly.

After all that, we arrived in Amsterdam with a direct flight, then drove four hours to our destination in Germany. We are all good and settled, but the amount of stress that meant dealing with this company was absolutely unnecessary and unwelcome.

When you hire a service like this you expect they will make things easier, take care of everything and help.

It was definitely not the case.
