Workwear Giant Avaliações

Just bought fruit of the loom t-shirts from work wear giant ,
Too small so emailed and dealt with an amazing lady called GILL ,
Gill went above and beyond for me over the past few days , can't thank her enough,
Would / will definitely recommend this company,
Gill your communication skills are amazing ,
Thank you so very much

I wanted some t shirts and a hoodie with an embroidered logo on the front. I researched numerous outlets and selected Workwear Giant. I made the right choice. From sending my logo to them and then receiving excellent pre- approval design, to receiving the finished items, has been a very satisfying experience. The customer service is excellent and the quality of the embroidery is awesome. And I might add, that the delivery was swift after I had approved the design. If you are seeking something similar, then don’t hesitate to contact Workwear Giant.
Many thanks to all concerned.
Best regards, Colin.

This company has gone above and beyond to create my personalised embroidered gowns.
I spoke with 3 absolutely wonderful ladies, Gill, Holly and Nirosha who couldn’t have been anymore helpful, friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Will certainly use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered the wrong size and they handled the return and refund fast and effciently and the replacement size were with me in 1 working day. Also excellent quality product, could not be happier.

I was very impressed with the quality of the products and the competitive prices. Delivery was speedy and no hassle (not Evri)

Total appalled with the way I have been treated, I ordered my item on the 2nd of May, it should have taken 3 to 5 working days, I called to find out where my order was 3 times, they keep saying it is in the post, I asked for a tracking number which they were supposed to be sending that never arrived in, the assistant I spoke to was extremely rude to me. I was told it was Royal Mails fault, still haven’t received my item. Will never use this company again.

Unbelievable experience from the start. The team were very patient with me over several weeks and design changes; very specifically Ella and Stasia. They were happy to make last minute changes free of charge and even threw in some freebies for which I can't thank them enough. To top it off, the products and embroidery work are 10/10. Best in the business!

A bad company to deal with.
They sell straw hats which are labelled ‘one size’ with no further details. When you ring up to request measurements to see if the hat will fit they aren’t interested in providing or finding that information for you.
If you take a chance and buy the hat and it doesn’t fit they won’t accept any fault and cover the return postage, leaving you out of pocket and with a useless item.
Shop with someone that takes the time to sell you the right sized garment and not these guys.
