Extremely poor experience with world transfer and the driver krem. Left us stranded at Istanbul Airport with a 2 year old kid. Never book from them

Not organized the driver left us in Airport without informing I already inform the company the flight Number so they can track the flight in case if it’s late … The driver was so rude and not respect also he hung up the phone while I am trying to call him

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von World Transfer.
Der angeblich organisierte Fahrdienst war nicht in der Lage, eine einfache Fahrt vom Flughafen Erfurt nach Gotha zuverlässig zu planen. Die Absage erfolgte erst 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin – viel zu kurzfristig. Als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass es in dieser Region schwierig sei, einen Fahrdienst zu organisieren.
Für uns bedeutete das erheblichen Stress während der Rückreise aus dem Urlaub. Wir mussten kurzfristig selbst eine Lösung finden und mehrere Telefonate aus dem Ausland führen. Letztendlich mussten wir ein Taxi für 95 € für gerade einmal 22 km nehmen.
Ich erwarte von einem solchen Anbieter, dass Probleme frühzeitig erkannt und transparent kommuniziert werden. Stattdessen standen wir mit vier Koffern und Kind plötzlich ohne Transport da.
Besonders enttäuschend ist auch der Kundenservice: Auf Beschwerde-E-Mails erhält man lediglich standardisierte Antworten, ohne auf die entstandenen Mehrkosten oder die Situation einzugehen.
Ich kann diesen Service absolut nicht empfehlen. Mein Rat: Organisieren Sie Ihren Transfer lieber selbst – sonst riskieren Sie, im entscheidenden Moment im Stich gelassen zu werden.

Meine Erfahrung mit World Transfer war äußerst negativ und deutet klar auf betrügerisches Verhalten hin. Zahlungen wurden eingezogen, Leistungen wurden jedoch nicht erbracht. Auf Nachfragen und Beschwerden erhielt ich keine Rückmeldung, obwohl der Vorfall detailliert geschildert wurde und die Situation eindeutig belegbar ist. Das Verhalten des Unternehmens ist inakzeptabel und lässt keinerlei seriöse Geschäftsabsicht erkennen. Ich rate dringend davon ab, Geschäfte mit World Transfer zu machen.

I booked this transfer via booking.com before travelling to Faro, Portugal. Booked an airport transfer to the hotel. I tried to book it with a time that would be sufficient for me getting out from the airport but the website told they could estimate my expected come-out time with the flight number provided so that the driver would estimate the expected arrival time. However, there is one ridiculous term of World-Transfer saying their driver would just wait the customers for 15 minutes after the ETA. However, the queue at the Customs was very very long, full house in the hall and it took us a whole 15 mins and more still in the queue. When we were queuing up in the airport for immigration counters with a long long queue, i received a call from World-Transfer saying the driver has already waited for 15mins, they would need to cancel my order without refund or I had to pay another £/€10 to keep the driver waiting for another 15mins, even though I had told the driver that here was a very long queue at the immigration via whatsapp and the driver said tell him when I can get out from the arrival as he is just 7mins away from the airport. I couldn’t estimate how long I still had to wait for the queue, so I just had to cancel the order or add €/£10 more to hold the driver while I was told it’s a booked free transfer with flight number given. I don’t think it’s ideal to risk another €/£10 while they claimed they could only wait for an extra 15mins. So we finally took 20€ to get to our hotel easily with peace of mind by getting a taxi just outside the airport. I recommend booking.com to stop partnering with this company.

Einmal direkt über World Transfer gebucht, Reise (Dubai-Muskat) wurde bis wenige Tage vor Antritt nicht bestätigt und daher von mir storniert. Über zwei Wochen noch keine Rückerstattung.
Parallel über booking.com gleiche Reise mit Agent World Transfer zu etwas höheren Kosten gebucht. Bestätigung kam sofort, Reise dann aber einen Tag vor Antritt storniert. Ich musste fliegen was mehr Geld gekostet hat. Hände weg von World Transfer!!

Turned up late for airport drop off resulting in us missing our flight. Admitted liability and offered to pay for new flight but insisted this needed to be claimed through booking.com. They then produced fake evidence suggesting they actually turned up early and that the issue was our fault. Karma will come to you scammers.

Finger weg von dieser Firma die verarscht euch von vorne bis hinten.

Ich hatte mal logischerweise vor meinen Urlaub die gebucht und auch bezahlt. Am 04.10.23 in Mallorca Flughafen waren die nicht da keiner von dieser Firma war da ich musste mir ein Taxi nehmen.

11.10.23 Da war meine Abreise und ich hatte die an diesen Tag um 6 Uhr gebucht ich wartete die ganze Zeit auf die vor den Hotel aber keiner ist gekommen und ich hatte wegen denen mein Flieger verpasst 😡 deswegen bin ich auch so sauer auf diese Firma ich habe aber von denen aufgefordert mein Geld bis auf den letzten Cent zurück zu fordern.

Das Allerletzte dieser Verein. Habe dort eine Shuttle-Service gebucht. Sollte vom Flughafen Berlin zum Hotel in Neuruppin gehen. Ankunft 22.35 Uhr, kein Fahrer da. Die in der email angegebene Rufnummer gewählt und dann hört man nur dass das Büro nur bis 17.00 Uhr besetzt sei!!! Dann das Handy genommen und den Live-Chat von booking.com genutzt (dort habe ich den Service bestellt), die Mitarbeiter fragen aber immer nur dasselbe (nach meinen Daten) anstatt zu helfen. Meine Daten muss ich in das System eingeben um überhaupt den Live-Chat betreten zu können, also warum fragen die dann noch einmal danach? Angeblich Datenschutz, warum rufen die mich nicht einfach an um sich zu vergewissern das ich der Kunden bin der im Voraus eine Taxifahrt bestellt und bezahlt hat und der vergeblich auf den verblöxxxx Fahrer warten muss? Es kam keiner und um 22.52 Uhr habe ich mir ein öffentliches Taxi genommen um endlich ins Hotel zu kommen. Jetzt meldet sich weder Booking oder world-transfer und es erfolgt auch keine Rückerstattung der bereits bezahlten Leistung, also Abzocke total. Unverständlch wie so eine Firma am Markt bestehen kann, wobei wenn wir alle so blöd sind und immer diese Scheixx Vorkasse akzeptieren, wird sich daran nichts ändern. Sollte ein Gesetz geben welches das regelt, Zahlung nach Erhalt der Dienstleistung. Wie auch bei vielen anderen Unternehmen auch. Booking.com NIE WIEDER. Der Fahrer rief dann übrigens um 23.09 Uhr per WHATSAPP an. Hat mir auch keiner gesagt dass whatsapp für die Buchung erforderlich ist.

Several times ordered this service including a car seat for my baby. Most of the times it came without a car seat. The last time I was yelled at and the taxi didn’t arrive at all when I called in advance to confirm that this time they will have a car seat. Also didn’t get a refund of 250eur any of the times.

Terrible service! Booked a transfer in Istanbul from the airport to the hotel. Received confirmation the day before that everything was OK, wait for them to come and pick you up. I left the airport, and silence... I am standing in a foreign city in a foreign country, at night! and silence...

No one met us in the arrivals hall.
We went out onto the street, where there were taxi drivers with signs. There was no one with my name on it. There was no sign with the name of the transport company.
I had to wait 40 min. with my spouse and my suitcases and spend 20 eur on roaming to make a call. roaming to call on the phone in the voucher to this company, they do not speak in Russian, and English I know poorly, with an interpreter I understand that type of driver will soon arrive and I need to approach some shop (already absurd), to meet us and sent me an SMS with his name, which is completely different than the voucher, after a while the driver came in a car another class in terrible condition, old, with carpets on the seats, around 90-ies, but also on the Mercedes ... Sorry didn't take photos... by the way, the booking and the voucher said Sprinter was a fresh year!

The driver didn't understand Russian or English (with an interpreter), my request 'does the car have water' was answered in Turkish, and the interpreter offered me to go to a market for water...
Further, the driver was *gone* - he stopped on the highway to wait for about 10 minutes for his friend to pass some parcel, then came back, only drove like and he stopped at the voting hipsters, was ready to give them a lift, but luckily they needed it out of the way probably, then we drove like again and the driver stopped again, and through some translation difficulties I realised that he was asking me to put the sat-nav on my phone, I thought he wanted me to show him the hotel, I plotted a route, but the driver asked for his phone and followed it, then I took my mobile from him and told him to just drive straight ahead, as So I was really surprised and angry that the driver didn't know how to get to the hotel and asked me to put him on the sat-nav !!!
We ended up being more and more late the whole time, we had our plans spread out because we were newlyweds, in the end we made it of course and had I not known what our hotel looked like, we would have been wandering for a long time yet...
After a few weeks they sent me a message and it's been over a week, no reply, no compensation, nothing!
Naturally I used another company for a return transfer!
Conclusion- do not advise to use the service this company.
