I had to return the item just after the purchase as I realized it won't arrive on time. The staff on the phone was understanding and the refund went smoothly. Would buy from this shop again.

Excellent product. Arrived quickly. As described.

Good product - unfortunately didn’t suit. But easy returns process, and instant refund. Will use again.

I found the item I was looking for and placed an order. Initially wasn't sure when the item would be dispatched as it wasn't clear from the order confirmation. Called the the next working day and they confirmed that it was being dispatched later that day, and would arrive the day after. I got the item really quickly and I am very happy with both the goods and the service. Would use them again.

Really great jacket, nice and light. Well made and warm. Well packed and super fast delivery - I ordered it at 3pm and it was with me the following day - great shopping experience.
