Wow! Great service, from the helpful non AI chat agent proving fast and helpful advice, to the super fast delivery of my lovely pot (the friendly delivery man wheeled it through my house and got it on my decking). Would definitely buy from this company again! I ordered yesterday and it was delivered today, beating the plant that is meant to go in the pot by a considerable margin.

Brilliant and most helpful team. Placed the pots in my car protecting them and my car. Managed to get the home safe and sound thank you WoP.

This is the second time I have bought from World of Pots. I have a small garden & therefore order pots in the less expensive range. The best review I can give this delightful company, is that those of us with smaller orders are treated with the same diligence, attention to detail & care as people who buy the huge pot range. I heard someone complain about the delivery charge. All I can say is that the gentleman who delivered to me twice was absolutely superb. If only all companies were the same!

Watch out for this lot. They advertise pots at a better price than most then try and stitch you with a £50 delivery charge for one bloody pot!!

It's only a medium size (48cm x 38cm) cobalt glazed pot. Absolute disgrace and blatant dishonesty/profiteering regarding the true cost to ship such an item. Most carriers would charge barely £20 maximum IF THAT!!

Searched high and low for two nice stone tree planters. World of pots as far as I’m aware are the only Uk supplier of anything remotely suitable that didn’t cost the earth. The pots look fantastic with our two Portuguese Laurels and I am absolutely over the moon with them.

I’ve ordered 20+ large Atlantis pots (and some smaller ones) from this company over the last year or so, for my parents and myself. Absolutely fantastic and fairly priced compared to a couple of other websites with similar items. The delivery costs may seem high if ordering single items but I’ve always ordered several at a time, which represented good value to me. Excellent company.

Have driven from Essex twice to use this company and totally satisfied. Not sure their website has all their products displayed but staff really engaging and helpful during both visits. Cost of pots similar in price to elsewhere but the style unique and different from garden centres. Will be my first port of call when looking for pots again.

Fantastic service from these guys with three large and very beautiful pots arriving from the other side of the country within three days, all unloaded in perfect condition.

I bought pots from this company in December 2021 and again in October 2022 as it stocks pots in large sizes and a range of colours. The pots are of very good quality. On both occasions, the company phoned me to follow up on my order and delivered the pots promptly and with care.

After a two hour journey we were greeted with “don’t ask me for any prices as I don’t know any you will have to look at the internet and not all of them are for sale as we have 70 orders outstanding”. Not an acceptable way of introducing yourself to a new customer. We looked around and found a pot that was on it’s own without a tag and looked as though it had been there for a while. We were unable to find it on the internet. The guy went away and came back saying he couldn’t find it on the internet so it was probably sold. More like he couldn’t be bothered to look with an attitude to match.
Would I use this company again? CERTAINLY NOT.

My daughter and I called in today for the first time. Absolutely brilliant selection and amazing prices. Young man who helped us was so friendly and polite and managed to get all three pots into my tiny car.
Will definitely be back.

Very poor service and communication. Promised to get back to me after my order was not delivered correctly and never did.

Wow just Wow! I ordered a set of large glazed pots last night expecting delivery sometime next week. Today, Bank Holiday Monday, they arrived and the charming delivery man wheeled them through the side gate to the position I wanted them in. The pots are beautiful, hand made and great quality. I am totally thrilled.

Have ordered 4 times from World of Pots now - specifically the Atlantis range. I’ve only had one issue where pots were damaged whilst being packed for me but I was offered a full refund or replacement to the same value.

All of the pots that have been delivered have been excellent and I have so many compliments about where my gorgeous pots are from.

Definitely worth the investment.

During a time when it seems very difficult to buy large pots - these guys have come up trumps. Great delivery and 3 fab looking terracotta pots (even if one was hiding under the other on the pallet - so I thought I was missing one! Doh.) Can’t wait to get them planted up with herbs at the weekend. Great service - would whole heartedly recommend.
