We have crafting fibres and yarn in hundreds of wools & speciality fibres including Merino, Mulberry Silk, Cashmere, Corriedale, Sari Silk, Alpaca, Yak, Llama & much more.
We also cater for Vegan crafter's with innovative options, including Bio-Nylon, Rose Fibre, Bamboo, Flax, Synthetics & new creations.
Not only are we based in the heart of the wool textiles industry - that’ll be Yorkshire - we’re also old hands at this wool lark with nearly 40 years’ experience under our belts! That’s a lot of wool know-how!
WoW HQ was set up by mum and dad and now headed up by son and daughter...with the next generation now well underway too!

Excellent service as usual
I've ordered from WoW for 10+ years and their service has always been 5*. In recent years, the company has expanded which adds to the fibre and yarn available to buy.

I liked you gama of products
I liked you gama of products, learned about you from Fiber Love Diary.
But it is to expensive to purchase them from you.
I ended up paying for shipment, vat and inport taxes 110-120 €, additionaly.
Sory but I won't be back again.

I Always love World of Wool
I Always love World of Wool. I love the choice, the colours, the type of fibres. I have discovered new fibres that I never would of thought of using. Fabulous.

Good wool, but a lot of plastic
The wool and service are always very good. I always buy wool from them. I would give a 5 star rating if they used less plastic to pack it all. The plastic bags for the wool are bigger than ever.

The stock is easy to order
The stock is easy to order, arrives in good time and always good quality. I used to order from world of wool through wool warehouse until they updated their site and I discovered you have your own site which is much easier to navigate, thankyou. I love your products.

Love this store
Love this store. Quality items and friendly service. I’m a returning customer and will continue to be. The only slight criticism I have is that it can take five working days for your order to be shipped in the UK which is quite a long time but the products are worth waiting for so it wouldn’t stop me shopping here.
