Just got my server and so far it's great. The service is the best that I've ever had the pleasure working with! Alex was great and unexpectedly to me responded super quickly at really late local hours to resolve my problem on-site.

I have tried multiple dedicated machine providers, but none match the quality of service, availability of hardware, and network connectivity provided by Worldstream. We haven't faced any downtime for a year; our most critical services run on dedicated machines backed by TBs of Enterprise SSDs provided by Worldstream!

Anyway they handle very poorly abuse reports. Compromised systems seems to run for ever without any action.
Many IPs from their network do ssh attacks, email fraud, open relay checks, etc.
Of course closing a "bad" customer account is not profitable.

The team is really fast at responding and helped me with every question. Till now, i can’t tell something negative as i am fully satisfied. I rented a dedicated Server and it is how they advertise them. Fast and stable. I’m lucky to have found them. But its not all gold that shines, i will tell if i find something negative!
High-Quality Service, Unexplained Ban at Worldstream
I've been a Worldstream IT infrastructures user for four years, valuing their exceptional service quality. However, my account got suspended for reasons cited as abuse. I conducted thorough checks on the server and consulted with my clients, confirming no misuse, particularly in sending emails. We exclusively used paid email services. Despite these efforts, I might have missed something, but the suspension and subsequent ban remain unclear to me. While I respect their decision, I wish there had been clearer communication or help to understand their rationale.

Recently, I recommended Worldstream to a customer and assisted him in choosing and setting up a server. I assisted him by setting up an account and handling the payment on his behalf, but unexpectedly, his account was banned following the submission of all required verification documents. The reason given for the ban was my involvement in the payment process, and they refused to refund the order. I thought that my case was an isolated incident, but I found many related reviews indicating that others have experienced similar issues with them.
This incident has significantly changed my perspective. While Worldstream may offer a good quality-price ratio, their unpredictable account management policies are a major concern. You should be aware that your account can be banned at any time. Due to these experiences, I am compelled to lower my rating to 1 star.

Worldstream contacted my customer and apologized for what happened, and they processed the refund, while a standard expectation in customer service, especially for a service paid but not provided. Despite the inconvenience and the uncomfortable situation it created with my customer, I acknowledge their promptness and apparent good intentions. Consequently, I've decided to adjust my rating to 3 stars, recognizing their efforts to resolve the issue in a professional manner.

At Worldstream, you get the quickest and best support possible. Even for issues we cause ourselves sometimes, the response and fix is quick and flawless. I would never recommend anything but Worldstream for hosting.
The best provider with excellent support
About 8-9 months ago, I transferred a few our servers (NL location) to this datacenter. It is my best experience in all datacenters. I work with many data centers in Europe and America, but definitely Worldstream has the best quality, very fast and accurate support, the network changes that I recently made with the coordination of Worldstream engineers were really great, but in many other datacenters I had problems and slowness for this.

Worldstream is fantastic
Worldstream is fantastic; we had an issue with one of our servers where IPMI IP was set incorrectly after a move; It was not a big issue, I submitted a ticket, and within 8 minutes, they had replied and asked if they could reboot the server, within a total of 15 minutes the IPMI IP was updated and everything was working once again. Thanks again to the great support staff.
