I have a few worx tools but recently my trusty drill began to smoke.. even though it was way out of warranty I had good response to repair issues before with them.. so I called and was well treated by a lady! That I was extremely surprised and very thankful to them is to say the least..kind of feeling guilty about the results .. she replaced my discontinued model with a better one and added a battery to boot.. I don’t know what to do
I don’t want to get her in trouble but feel that I should have been charged something.. thank you worx people and if there are satisfactions and recommendations beyond five stars I do here give them to you.

Un conseil pour un robot tondeuse, choisissez une autre marque !
Je possède un worx Landroid depuis quelques années et il cumule beaucoup de problèmes, mal conçus au départ il se plante sans arrêt, les firmwares sont de pire en pire, il est sans arrêt en panne, déjà quatre retours en réparation et pendant ce temps là il faut ressortir la tondeuse manuelle, et le service client n’en parlons pas, il est inexistant !

Pretty awful tool registration wb page experience. Unable to claim the so called extra guarantee due to poor web design.
Also the so called up to 550 square metre of lawn that can be mowed only managed 200 sq m.
Good job I had not dumped my old Bosch electric mower so I could finish the job.
Not a good start!

Bought a strimmer following reviews (obviously many fake ones) and very disappointed. Firstly it has only one string where most others have two. Battery takes ages to charge and lasts barely 20 minutes. The strimmer is very underpowered and slow compared to my old one which was a cheap buy from Homebase. I’ve reverted back to the old one for the time being. I used to have a Stihl petrol and I think I’ll go back to Stihl in the future. I sent the Worxs back to Amazon immediately after first use and got a refund. Won’t buy Worxs again.

Poor quality and poor customer service.
My WORX strimmer failed in under 5 years, which is simply not good enough in my opinion. I look after my tools, and I’ve got other brands that have lasted more than a decade, so I expected a lot better from WORX.
What made it worse was the lack of interest from the company when I contacted them. They didn’t seem remotely bothered, which is extremely frustrating when you’ve spent money on a product from a brand that claims to offer quality and reliability.
For me, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend WORX based on the durability of the product or the after-sales support.

Encore un avis négatif sur le robot tondeuse de Worx qui ne retrouve quasiment jamais sa base. Le pire un système SAV qui doit être une AI qui change de nom à chaque message, quand cela répond… en tout cas 2 lettres pour AI, 1 de trop, l’intelligence je ne l’aie pas vu, l’artificiel c’est sur. Le I doit plutôt correspondre à Incompétence.
Enfin bref, acheter un robot d’une autre marque

PESSIMO ACQUISTO WORX LANDROID, La batteria non carica perché andata sotto soglia. Hanno un problema che worx ben conosce sui display che dopo 2 anni fa scaricare in maniera anomala la batteria fino a farla spengere. Il display te lo sostituiscono con 150 euro ma il cliente no ha colpe. Funzionano proprio male di fabbrica . Non parliamo degli alimentatori che si bruciano e i cavi non letti, poi gli aggiornamenti che non funzionano! Pessimo acquisto.

Acheté en août 2024, mise en route si compliquée que j’ai du payer un « spécialiste » 200€ pour la faire. A la remise en route en cette fin d’hiver, j’apprends en appelant la hotline la nécessité d’une mise à jour, impossible à faire malgré 6 appels à la hotline. Impossible de changer les horaires de tonte, actuellement 1 heure par jour. Encore sous garantie, mais pas confiance et j’ai plus les cartons. Que des galères, WORX pour moi, terminé.

If it was possible to give zero i would, I bought a strimmer with 2 batteries and charger at 10.30 this morning. It took 4 hours to charge the 1st battery, I used the strimmer for 15 minutes and put the same battery on charge at 4.30pm this afternoon. Its still charging now at 8.20pm... What a load crap, im returning it tomorrow

Marque à éviter, la concurrence fait mieux. J'en ai un depuis 3 ans et il est incapable de tondre plus de deux jours sans sortir du périmètre et se retrouver bloqué.
Et cette année j'ai changé de fournisseur internet donc impossible de connecter le robot à mon nouveau réseau puisque le robot reste bloqué sur mon ancien wifi, donc l'application ne fonctionne pas.

Worx est une marque a fuir, j'ai acheté un robot de tonte vision WR213E au printemps 2025, chaque jour le robot se perd, il saute des bordures en béton et se retrouve dans notre chemin d'accès, la connexion wifi est bonne. Le sav ne veux rien savoir mise à part me dire d'acheter de la bande magnétique pour délimiter les zones (près de 1000€ de bande à ma charge). Je précise aussi que le robot est reparti au SAV et qu'il est revenu en vrac dans le carton d'origine sans calage ni protection.

What a charming way for a company to treat its customers! So, in response to this delightful experience, I found a brand new saw with both the charger and battery that some other customer ordered but never picked up. The box was still sealed up tight like it was fresh off the assembly line. Naturally, I bought it with cash and, just a couple of hours later, returned it as defective. No fees for me!

Honestly, this has to be the most absurd scheme I’ve ever encountered from a company trying to wring money out of consumers. So here’s my little gift to you, Worx: today I found a new charger and battery that were ordered by someone else who just couldn't be bothered to pick them up. I rolled up, bought it with cash, and then took the time to return it as defective. Now it's on its way back to you. Have a wonderful day!

Ich hatte vor 2 Jahren einen Laubbläser JetLeaf WG543E gekauft. Jetzt läßt der Akku langsam nach und schwächelt. Als Ersatz wollte ich mir einen stärkeren Akku kaufen. Allgemein wirbt Worx damit, daß die Akkus auf jedes ihrer Geräte passen würden. Ich wurde stutzig weil bei den Akkus der verschiedenen Stärken immer stand "passend zum Gerät xyz, abc" usw. Und das auf der offiziellen website von Worx. Also habe ich, um sicher zu gehen, per mail bei Worx nachgefragt, ob der Akku auf deren website auch kompatibel zu meinem Gerät ist. Anstatt mit ja oder nein zu antworten, schrieb man mir, ich solle bei einem Worxhändler meiner Wahl informieren...das macht mich ehrlich gesagt sprach- und fassungslos. DAS ist die Championsleague von Unwillen und Auskunftsverweigerung und Serviceunwillen. Unfaßbar

Have a blower and weed eater. Both less than 3 years old. None of the batteries will charge or hold a charge. They cost almost as much as the new tool to replace. Would not recommend these products as the batteries are no good.

J'ai un robot tondeuse de cette marque. Depuis le début je rencontre des problèmes, que j'ai signalé à plusieurs reprises au SAV. Mais on me pose toujours les mêmes questions sans intérêt et à chaque fois, vue leur "réactivité", je dois me débrouiller tout seul pour trouver des solutions. Lors de mon dernier contact, on a fini par me répondre qu'il faudrait que je renvoie la tondeuse pour faire le point et tout vérifier. Sauf qu'elle n'est plus sous garantie. Et je n'avais jamais reçu une telle proposition pendant la période de garantie, étonnement. Suite à cette remarque, ils devaient voir si une prise en charge pouvait quand même être faite, à titre commercial. C'était au mois de juillet. Depuis, malgré au moins 4 messages de relance, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, pas même négative.
Donc si j'ai un conseil à vous donner, fuyez cette marque qui n'a aucun respect pour ses clients et dont les produits ne sont pas au point !

Der Mähroboter hat von Anfang an nie fehlerfrei funktioniert. Die Auflistung aller Fehlfunktionen würde den Rahmen sprengen. Diverse teilweise kniehohe Pflanzen hat er (trotz Kamera - Stichwort: Igel aus der Werbung) ruiniert, die Ladestation nicht regelmäßig gefunden, unsauberes Mähbild (Chaos-Prinzip trifft süffisanter Weise vmtl. ins Schwarze) und und und. Insbesondere bei einem Garten ohne große Herausforderungen wie Beete, Stufen, große Bäume (Licht/Schatten) etc. wäre deutlich mehr erwartbar gewesen.
Die Firmware kommt in jedem Update mit neuen Fehlern daher. Bemerkenswert und vmtl. fast ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal: ein Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellung ist nur mit Einschicken des Mähroboters möglich.
Der sog. Support in Köln besteht bis auf zwei Ausnahmen im Wesentlichen aus unmotiviertem und unfreundlichem Personal. Anfragen per E-Mail werden nur sporadisch "beantwortet".
Als Problemlösungsvorschlag gibt es dann den Link zum Handbuch oder FAQ.
Diese Lösungsversuche hatte ich vorab alle selbst gefunden und größtenteils auch kommuniziert.
Als überhaupt nichts mehr half, wurde der Mähroboter auf Geheiß von Worx an das (Sub-?) Unternehmen "LetMeRepair" nach Bautzen geschickt, aber VORSICHT der Name suggeriert REPARATUR (s. Bewertung dort).
DANKE an BAUHAUS für die Übernahme der Garantieabwicklung !!!
Fazit: NIE WIEDER WORX

Ten 1e: de juiste website was heel moeilijk te vinden.
Ten 2e: Bij het invullen van de website tav verlengde garantie, gaf de site alleen de mogelijkheid Praxis of anders. Omdat het om 'anders' ging, koos ik die optie. Vervolgens kwam ik niet verder.
Ten 3e: na meerdere keren contact te hebben gehad met een medewerker van de klantenservice is mijn aanvraag nog steeds niet gehonoreerd. Volgens de medewerker ligt het probleem bij de ICT. Na 2,5 maand niks meer van gehoord.
Ten 4e: dit geeft de indruk dat verlengde garantie niet op prijs gesteld wordt/ onmogelijk is om te regelen. Tevens is de medewerker niet bekwaam om het probleem te verhelpen.

Today I made my second call to Worx to sort out a replacement impact driver, the one I bought in August having developed a fault. The first call in October was forwarded to the warranty department, they didn't ring back as arranged.
Today I phoned in again and was requested to email Worx about the issue, I told them I had all details to hand and didn't want to email.
Just received an email saying they couldn't track their own order number. The number was correct and I sent evidence back to them to support this. Worx customer service appears to be chaotic , I'll post an update to show how this warranty claim develops
