We had our kitchen measured today and were really impressed by Darren Atkinson. I felt extremely comfortable as he was very professional and polite.

Excellent communication prior to visit, on the day Darren was on time and explained exactly what he was doing in a lovely manner.

Matthew Sabin arrived to do our kitchen survey on time. He was friendly and helpful with the questions he asked and information he gave.
He was efficient in getting all his measurements to pass on for our design meeting next week.

A. Hadnum from wrens called today to measure up for our new kitchen, his service was excellent and every questioned was answered and he gave us some good input that we appreciated. I Would recommend him to anyone.

Natasha worked very hard to get everything resolved for me and did so. Very clear, polite and helpful

Laura, was informative in her questions and accepting of my answers. The delay in delivering the original appliances as ordered (fridge &freezer) through the x4 week period of intense heat was costly and extremely inconvenient. None of which was Laura remit.

The quartz installation team did a great job fitting the work tops, very professional installation and looks amazing. Great job in fitting the Plash backs and joints look really great. Was done in an hour. Would recommend the work tops installation team.

L. Albrow did a fantastic job measuring our kitchen. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and completed the entire measurement process quickly and thoroughly. It gives us total peace of mind moving forward with our kitchen design.

Tim marks came to to our house today to do some measurement for our new kitchen , he was very friendly and polite ,he a credit to you company , he give us a call explaining what time he would arrive ,

We used Wren previously for two fitted wardrobes and had no issues.

However, we moved house this year and decided to use them again. From start to finish, it has been a nightmare.

This included the designer being late to our appointment, to not being able to get a simple answer of whether they can fix the poorly installed wardrobes.

The customer service has been awful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they have offered a small amount of compensation which will not cover the damage caused or fix the issue.
