He was professional, patient, and always happy to help with any questions we had. We would highly recommend Saif to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Thank you for making the whole experience so smooth!

Great delivery experience
Just had my kitchen delivered and cannot express enough how straightforward the whole experience was. The two guys who delivered, Glen & Alan, were exceptional. Everything was explained to me and nothing too much trouble. I hope Wren appreciate their employees as much as I do.

Do not skip bad reviews on google and trust pilot as they provide valuable lessons. I had a terrible service from Kenny at the Enfield showroom, I was missold products, Kenny made large financing errors combined with a lack of care from management who make it seem as if they are trying to resolve the issue but only end up saying that there is nothing they can do. Poor resultion process from head office. Despite good product, I would not recommend based on very poor service.

The person who I was talking to was very helpful and hopefully sorted out the issue with my order, the only reason I didn’t go 5* was the time it took to get through to someone.

I kvwtkovska came to measure up my kitchen today. She was so lovely and friendly. She was professional and got the job done quickly. I was able to crack on working from home with very little disruption.

Excellent experience with Wren
Our surveyor was Lee Albrow. He was really good at communicating to us the time he was due to arrive and was bang on time.
While measuring up our kitchen he was able to answer all our questions and was also able to advise on what we could do the maximise our space.

Disappointing experience – arrived broken due to terrible packaging
I was really looking forward to receiving my kitchen Wren, but the experience was completely ruined by how it was shipped. The item arrived shattered because it was barely protected—just thrown into a box with.
For fragile kitchenware, you expect proper packaging. I reached out to customer service on to get a replacement/refund and am currently waiting for a resolution. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't risk ordering fragile items from here again until they fix their shipping standards.
