We purchased a kitchen from Wren, and when the Joiner was half way through fitting it he discovered the sink was not going to fit into the worktop so we phoned wren and we were told that the the sink should fit as their surveyor had measured it all. We told them again it was definitely not going to fit, so were back and forth disputing over the phone as there was a few of the designers looking at our design. My husband and the the joiner ( my son ) went into wren the following morning and asked to speak to the manager and pointed out the measurements and they admitted it was the surveyors error. I got a phone call from head office that afternoon asking if the sink was in its original box and had to do a video call to prove there was no damage to it and was then told we would receive a refund for the sink in question. This has now had a major impact on the installation as we have now had to order a new sink which is £200 dearer than the one from wren and still waiting on it arriving which means the joiner, electrician, plumber, painter and decorator have all had to be put on hold. As they now other jobs to do and we have to wait to see when they can fit us in not to mention this is costing us even more money plus all the inconvenience of not having a water supply in our kitchen nor do we have any electricity which means we cannot cook. This has caused me a significant amount of stress. I am extremely disappointed and angry with wren as they have opted for an easy option out by refunding us the money for the sink. So now its our problem and not theirs. What should have been an exciting time has now been an absolute nightmare.

I had a Wren Home visit today with S Mellor, and I was really impressed with the service. S was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional throughout the visit. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service

He was such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about what he was doing.
He explained what would be the next steps and made the thought of everything super easy.

Each time I rang the installation customer services everyone i spoke to was really helpful, polite and very keen to help problems within our new kitchen.

Amanda was so professional and could not have been more helpful, very polite, courteous and explained everything in detail.

I rang customer service because a part was missing from my order. I spoke to Jack, who was very friendly and polite. He quickly sorted out the replacement and even checked the rest of our kitchen plan to make sure we had everything else we needed. He resolved the issue in a very timely manner. Really happy with the service.

On time, measured up, did another room for me too. Super service.

Hello, my name is Catherine Leeman and I have recently had my kitchen - from Wren - fitted. I have (as I think is usual) had several interactions with Wren Customer Service, for a variety of reasons when the renovation was taking place however, today I had the pleasure to be supported by Bailey Bugden.

Bailey was superb. Patient, calm, highly professional and extremely supportive. I did start the conversation saying that I was displeased about something that I had raised ealier and felt that the issue had not been resolved but wanted to make it clear that this was in no way directed towards her on a personal level as I understand how difficult the role can be in customer service. Not only did she actively listen but she also raised clarifying questions and ensured that she had all the information necessary to explore the issue. This took a lot of time as it was quite complicated however, by being extremely thorough (looking through my Wren plan, reviewing calculations etc.), we both came to the same conclusion and the issue was resolved - much to my relief. She also ensured that the excess materials would be removed from my property, which is a huge relief as I have a very small outdoor space and they were far too large/ for me to a) carry and b) get to a recycling centre. I also had various other questions/queries and concerns and each of these were not only managed and addressed perfectly, but Bailey seemed genuinly interested in finding a solution to each one, and each one was met. In addition to this, she sent a very clear follow up email that detailed all that had been agreed and attached further information relating to appliances and proof of payment.

Buying a new Kitchen is exciting, but it is also a huge financial committment, as too having the work done and all the upheavel that brings. It can be an emotional, overwhelming rollercoster and very frustrating at time however, Bailey presented the perfect balance of being curious, compassionate and professional at all times. I feel extremely lucky that I got to be supported by her. I really do hope that this is recognised in some way as she really does have the skills and personal approach that are required to be an excellent customer services support team member.

Jack was very quick an efficient at processing our delivery refund.

The worst customer service you could possibly imagine. They give you a lot of promises & then back that up with text messages & no reply e-mails that tell you nothing & keep you at arms length. Delivery slots not met, hours spent waiting around for an am delivery only to be told late afternoon that the delivery won't be coming. Spend hours on the phone waiting for information which doesn't come. Very chic & shiny showrooms without the back up to follow up on the promises. Don't go near this company if you want a quality service.

Naheem Ibrahim came to our house to take some measurement of kitchen for our kitchen planning. He was very professional, he let us know what time he is coming and was very polite to work with. We were very impressed with his attention to the small details in in the measure so he can create the best kitchen layout for us, any questions we had were answered very confidently and that gave us reassurance that we are working with someone who is experienced and knows the trade.

The hob for the oven was broken in bits when it was unwrapped by the kitchen fitter.I went on the app and reported the damage and included 2 photos of the damaged hob.I also phoned customer care and was determined to speak to an operator just to make sure we were on the same page,etc regarding the replacement.It took 50 mins to reach an agent.However my concerns and worries evaporated once Natasha answered.She prioritised that the replacement would be sent direct from the manufacturer and that the damaged item would be picked up early September.Her customer care was excellent,efficient and her empathy meant she ticked all the right boxes for me and allayed any fears that it wouldnt be sorted quickly.Customer care is important to me and Natasha epitomised this.

S Jeffs (Steve) was excellent from start to finish. He arrived right on time and was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I unexpectedly had to take a phone call when he arrived, and he was completely understanding and happy for me to finish my call while he got on with the measurements.

When we spoke afterwards, he took the time to listen to my ideas for the bedroom and shared some really helpful practical advice based on his own experience as a parent. I really appreciated how approachable and personable he was, and I came away feeling much more confident about the possibilities for the space.

Very disappointing customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with Wren Kitchens and the way they have handled a simple £50 customer recommendation voucher.
The relevant conditions have been met, yet months later I am still waiting for the payment.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails, and on several occasions I have been told that the payment has been authorised and would be sent. Despite these repeated assurances, I still haven't received it.
At this point, it is not really about the £50 — it is about being repeatedly told that something has been authorised and is being dealt with, only for nothing to happen.
I have been patient and given Wren plenty of opportunities to resolve this, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely disappointing.
I would therefore think twice before recommending Wren to anyone based on my experience of their after-sales customer service.
Wren, I would still like this resolved. Please issue the £50 recommendation payment that you have repeatedly confirmed has been authorised and provide a clear explanation for why it has taken months to receive it.
