I wish I had read the negative reviews before buying from Wren, as I have had a terrible experience with our new kitchen from them.
What should have been our dream kitchen has turned into a nightmare.

Recent 1 star reviews are an exact copy of what's happened to us.

Delays, so many damaged parts, and appliances, deliveries not arriving, awful customer services - going on for almost 4 months now.
What went wrong -
It would fill pages to detail everything!

1 example, I can't believe a 'customer service' person has suggested I purchase a product from Amazon to fill in gaps on cabinetry edging!

Seemingly, quote 'a lot of customers do this successfully'

I can't imagine why I spent a significant amount of money, on a 'top of their range' kitchen to get this kind of help.

Customer service experience and compensation is even worse than their kitchen.

So I realise a response will be to contact customer service - but we have done so, and it's not improving things at all.

I wanted to leave a review for the two fantastic young men who delivered my Wren kitchen this morning, they were an absolute credit to the company.
From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, cheerful, professional and incredibly helpful. Despite being very young, they conducted themselves with such respect and had impeccable manners throughout the delivery. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
I was particularly impressed with the care they took when handling my kitchen, rather than rushing they took their time to ensure everything was moved and positioned carefully, treating my new kitchen as if it were their own.
Unfortunately for them, one unit had been thoughtlessly loaded incorrectly right at the back of the lorry behind three other kitchens! Rather than leaving it and arranging to return later, these two went above and beyond to find a solution, working incredibly hard so that my delivery could be completed in one visit.
Their positive attitude, work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. They are a real asset to Wren and deserve recognition for the exceptional service they provided. Thank you both for making what could have potentially been a stressful delivery experience, into a positive one, and so easy and pleasant.

The customer service we received today was absolutely first class.
From start to finish Joseph was so attentive, quick to respond to my queries.

Joseph was incredibly professional, polite and courteous. which we really appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Five-star service!

Unfortunately, my experience with Wren Kitchens has been extremely disappointing. What should have been an exciting kitchen renovation turned into months of stress, inconvenience and additional expense.

The worktop was the wrong size and had to be remade. The cabinets were not installed properly or level, some of the doors were scratched, and some dents on baseboards.
We complained via email and explained the problems but not responded.
Still waiting the installation to be completed after more than tow months but we are not certain what will be done yet.

For months, we were also left without a properly functioning kitchen for cooking, which caused a huge amount of inconvenience and forced us to buy food from outside, creating additional costs for our family.

For the amount of money we paid, I expected a professional service and proper aftercare. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Wren to think carefully and make sure everything is checked thoroughly before accepting the work.

Mr O. Firouzia visited our house to take measurements for our new kitchen. He was very friendly, professional, and well organised. Everything was done perfectly and smoothly. Thank you very much for your excellent service

We’re going through the process of ordering a kitchen and bedroom which has been initiated through Natasha Milne at the Durham store, who I believe is new to the company. She has been very accommodating and patient with our decisions. She is easy to talk to and doing a thorough job.
Today a survey for our guest bedroom was done by Tim Marks to enable our order to move forward. Tim was very pleasant, thorough and respectful of our home despite its present condition.

From the planning stage right through to the delivery and installation an excellent experience and no problems. The installation was excellent and bar awaiting a couple of electrical fittings to match my choice, all done in under 2 weeks. Also I must mention during the installation I was kept informed via e-mail to make sure I didn’t have any problems by a very helpful Grace.
In conclusion an excellent job done and I would recommend a Wren kitchen to anyone.

Kitchen survey.Tim Marks who carried out a detailed survey was the most thorough ive seen to date.Very profesional and pointed out details others had missed.

Great customer service. We needed some units to be replaced and the whole kitchen cupboards are going to be replaced so they will all match .
Very pleased with the prompt response 😊

P Dixon was friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. He spent time to explain the design and was more than happy to answer questions. Very happy with his service.

Had a problem with a loose handle on our kitchen. This was fitted two years ago . Got in touch with wren Lindsey at customer services sorted it out in no time. New screws arrived within the week . All ok now cannot fault there after care
