Post Kitchen delivery service excellent. I was very impressed with the way Wren's Case Manager (Rebekah) handled my what seemed like a never ending saga of receiving a faulty (damaged) wall unit door to my address. She was patient in understanding the root cause of items being delivered damaged. The whole experience from raising a request for the replacement, through to final resolution was pleasantly exceptional.

A Afzal came on time was polite and efficient. Answered my questions.

Leon attended our home to measure the kitchen in preparation for the designer’s visit. He was professional, friendly, and extremely informative throughout the process. His attention to detail and clear explanations made the experience smooth and reassuring. Leon represented Wren brilliantly — a credit to the team and a great first impression of the company’s service.

The customer service from Wren has been great - had an issue with a fixing pack not being delivered and they have taken time to get this resolved for me.

The quality of my kitchen is fantastic and I’m really happy with my choice of design and the units.

From design to delivery it all went very smoothly as I say just a glitch about a fixing pack from supplier of appliances but it’s really helpful to be able to use the app to check on my order.

Being a new home owner, first home, myself and my partner choose WREN. That was the biggest mistake. We relied on their designer to design our kitchen, we thought they would utilise all space and get it right. After the kitchen arrived, flat pack, first head ache, ready for our installers it was quickly established that bits were missing, wrong size units had been designed leaving huge voids. An example to 800 wide base units where 1000 would fit, 400 doors where 500 would fit without huge fillers. Base units for sinks where normal units were suppose to be. Several visits to WREN and several weeks later still parts missing and still no sign of a fix. The designer always seems to be unavailable as well - strange. Only advice I give is AVOID WREN
