After battle about the hinges I received them and the service was excellent

It was wonderful having Mike McCarthy come out to do our measurements. He was very clear about what he was doing and even took additional measurements to make sure our design session was as well informed as possible. Top guy.

Measuring up of kitchen and bedroom units - Gary Hicknan who came to measure up had good communication prior to arrival. Was well presented, polite & explained what he was doing.

Lee Albrow was very polite and on time when he came to measure our bedroom. He even gave us a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival which was extremely helpful.

it was a good experience I had today with this gentleman with with the name C Cale, he was very professional and so good with his job he knew what he doing. you definitely need to keep people like him in the business.I just wanted to appreciate him and give him a feedback.

The work on our kitchen started on June 1st and we've had to move out of our house as we've been without working kitchen facilities for 8 weeks.
We have incurred damage to our personal items including having the kitchen table used as a work bench and worktop glue all over brand new floors we have just installed.
We were told the installation would take 3 days, plus 2 weeks for the worktops but it's taken 2 months and we are still dealing with issues.
The customer service are impossible to get hold of and you have to sit on the phone for 40+minutes each time. To me this indicates I am not the only one experiencing issues.
Each workman only knows how to their exact job for example with the splashback we've had to get electricians in multiple times to get the sockets put on / taken off and then put back on again.
The handles arrived with the wrong screws which we've had to buy and fit ourselves.
We've had appointments rescheduled due to issues with their measurements.
All in all it has been an expensive and stressful experience, forcing us to move out for 7 weeks.
I am still arguing with them for resolution and compensation but the best I've been offered so far is £200 (which won't even buy us a new table to replace the one they have destroyed).

I spoke to Samuel who was very helpful in finding me a replacement induction hob at a discounted price he also helped me make payment as my phone was not letting me open my windows also the banking app never went through so I payed over the phone to Samuel who was fab thank you

Robyn & Neil were brilliant, when two big deliveries turned up at the same time they were so patient and helpful and stacked all parts of the delivery carefully , Thankyou guys so grateful for your patience.

Joseph was very helpful in arranging a refund for our induction hob. Wren was out of stock of our original model, and he made the return process straightforward when the replacement didn’t meet our needs.
