Brilliant customer service.
We were having an issue with getting a couple of our cupboards replaced,one had water damage as the tap had leaked and our pull out cupboard wouldn't open properly,lots of emails and phone calls going backwards and forwards and not really getting anywhere. Then Courtney the customer service manager took over our case and within a couple of weeks we had everything sorted out and cupboards replaced. We received consent updates about when they would be delivering everything and when our installers would be out to do the work required. Courtney worked really hard to get everything resolved for us very quickly.

Excellent communication and friendly service from surveyor Michael Herdman.

Bethanie was extremely helpful, and did everything she could to rectify my issues.

Today I spoke with Adeniran regarding damage to a cooker delivered last week. He had studied photos that I had sent by e,mail and efficiently arranged prompt collection and replacement. He was positive and helpful and I was overall impressed by the way my problem as resolved. My confidence in Wren is affirmed

Although my partner and I had a poor customer experience with Wren, which involved numerous damaged items during delivery and chasing customer service multiple times to ensure an installer would be booked in, which was part of our order, Luke from customer service was extremely helpful when we raised a formal complaint. He ensured our issues were dealt with as much as he could and our great experience with him did not reflect our overall poor experience with Wren as a company.

STAY AWAY FROM WREN!!!

They promise premium service from coming to measure your space, designing the kitchen and delivering however they don't take responsibility for any of it. We paid over £9000 for what was meant to be a nice sleek kitchen and what we got is a kitchen that doesn't fit!
When approaching them to get a solution they basically told us it wasn't their problem and that in the contract we signed it stated it.
It was clearly a problem with the measurements they (Wren) took leaving us with two big units that stand out by 5 centimetres.
If you want a company that treats you with empathy, respect and ethic, then this isn't the place for you and you're better off buying your kitchen elsewhere.
Money making company with no interest for the customer!

I’m currently at 54 mins in a queue on the phone waiting for customer services! I have 2 damaged items that need replacing but getting through to explain is a nightmare! The product is amazing and I have no complaints there but come on Wren get your customer service right! - gave up after 1hr 10mins it’s just crazy, no company is 1hr 10mins busy!

Adeniran was incredibly helpful, polite and understanding . He made everything very clear and solved the issue I had quickly and efficiently. Thanks very much for your help 👊🏻
