Very happy with Matthew Booth who came out to survey our kitchen. Matt called ahead and on arrival explained everything very clearly. A very professional service.

Excellent service from Alex (customer care) who identified the problem and has ordered the replacement hinges under the 10 year warranty for prompt delivery to me. The kitchen is 8 years old and I am still really pleased with it and this is the first small problem.

Everyone has been helpful, reliable and great service all round. Mark Willmott has been round to measure and was professional and very helpful. Mark Dugdale helped us design our kitchen and was great.

Steve was great, on time, phoned ahead, very polite and just cracked on with the measurements.

Gary was very quick, professional and efficient when taking the measurements. He also gave me helpful advice and clearly explained the next steps.

He shared all the relevant information, including how to contact the team to arrange and proceed with getting the kitchen fitted. I really appreciated how helpful and informative he was throughout the process.

Overall, a great service and I would definitely recommend it!

just had our order delivered by D Sauermann and his colleague. Everything worked exactly as promised . We got our early morning text confirming the expected time, we got our phone call from the driver shortly before they arrived and then they unloaded the whole order quickly and carefully. Really impressed with their cheerful demeanour and impressive man handling skills 💪 Ten out of ten 👍

We had Z Hussain come out to measure our kitchen today, extremely punctual. Had some questions for me where bits n bobs were like gas in and stop tap for the water so he was making certain that what works to be carried out installing a new kitchen is going to be perfect. I'd recommend this gent anyway!
