Ok Wednesday hump day suns happy days take off . need fuel stop put some in and back on the rd . Then 30km into the drive I start to feel the surge the surge ohh done it again petrol in my diesel After a bit of stuff around and thinking cars buggered , done it again a friendly phone call to wrong fuel rescue or doctor had my location snd enough info for one of the doctors to contact me . Within 5 mins doctor Scott rang and said 50mins he be there . So no more than 50 mins , big Scott with his rescue truck was by my side giving me full confidence he was going to make my truck all better and back on road , in this I’m thinking no way bull he is hving a laugh , well Scotty to the rescue he was prompt , answered all Questions had his safety signs out and had the situation under perfect control within 30 mins my truck was purring like normal . Holy what a life saver so he the doctor Scotty no uni but he sure did fix the fuel situation. . Coukdnt have thought of a better outcome for a thing I done . Called Wrong Fuel Doctor after being an idiot and putting petrol in a diesel car. The operative struggled to find my location or understand the security arrangements. I was told within the hour and asked to message my exact location and the call was ended, which I did promptly. An hour later when I called I was told my location had not been received. There had been no follow up call to confirm receipt or ask again. The wait time was then another 2 hours. Perhaps a follow up call would be helpful to avoid frustrating situations such as this. Went with a local guy who sorted it promptly and professionally.

Arrived within 40 minutes and drained 150 litres into the tank in the back of his van. Siphoned the diesel lines to the filter in the motor compartment, lucky no petrol went into the fuel rail.Mitch was very professional in the way he explained each operation. After all the fuel was taken out he put 12 litres of diesel into fuel tank so we could get to the service station. Highly recommend

Very rude driver ! We are a care company In feltham & was dropping an elderly woman off & he decided to hold hand on horn until we moved vehicle . Not good advertisement for this company !

Called this company . Got told I'd be waiting 60 to 90 minutes . Guy turned up in 65 mins got the job done . Very friendly and professional was also a Sunday morning. Thanks for getting me back on the road

Wow, what can I say about this business. Firstly, they came within the hour that was said. I was greeted by Atillia whom was professional and very kind. Within half an hour the job was done. Initially the operator sent her to the wrong location so 40 mins wait turned into 2 hours 15 minutes wait.

But upon arrival, Nathalia was very polite and helpful. Was very calm and patient and made the unfortunate experience over incorrectly filling my car with the wrong fuel somewhat bearable.

The operator on the other end made things right too, so overall was a great experience - despite the initial confusion.

On the whole very happy and would recommend.

Nathalia was fantastic, I can’t rate her highly enough! I have 1965 Aircooled VW with twin carbs and she drained all the diesel I put in by mistake from all pipes as well as the tank. My bus is now running again. Thank you!

I stupidly put unleaded petrol into my diesel car at the weekend. My local garage gave me the number for Wrong Fuel Doctor and I was delighted with their overall service. The lady who took my call explained everything very clearly and was very helpful. The mechanic (Attila?) arrived ahead of schedule and was very calm and professional. He went about his business very efficiently and had my tank and fuel lines drained and refilled with Diesel in about 30 minutes. It wasn’t great to realise that I had made this expensive mistake, but I would strongly recommend this company to get you back on the road.
