Account opening was painfully slow, and took months with little to no updates.

Initially issued card/account in the wrong name, which was eventually fixed after numerous emails.

Fast forward months later and emails are not being answered, tried to make contact attempts numerous times via email to support@ as well as filling in a contact form directly from the app but no reply!

Have now closed this account and went to a proper account.

Had some difficulty with opening an account with xonder specifically with th application/onboarding process. I had submitted an application but for some reason it wasnt verified on there side. Contacted there support and then everything Went very smoothly and by the end of it, everything was up and running, quicker and smoother than anticipated.

Will definitely recommend xonder

Top notch service from a top notch account

Saw Xonder on Facebook on Monday, applied for an account on Tuesday, and got approved for an account on Wednesday, was receiving money from my customers on Friday and Saturday, chilled on Sunday!!!

Finally a proper bank that knows what businesses require! I have been search sing for a while and other bank accounts are either too complicated with hidden charges or they’re just too basic with hardly any features! Xonder has the perfect balance! I’m very pleased with the app and the customer service is very good

An experience which must be applauded!
I required a business bank account for my restaurant business and came across xonder in the App Store. The sign up process was quick and easy and I was approved within the space of three days. I am now using the account and I must say I am glad I chose xonder!

Xonder is a brilliant app and a great bank account for any entrepreneur or small business to use

UPDATE: it is now 12th July and still no money. Previous review:
A client paid me and they have been keeping my £7,000.00 for a month now even though all requested paperwork has been provided! Did not answer a single form of contact until I wrote an official complaint letting them know that I will contact the FOS (Financial Ombudman Service) and still they answered only that they are waiting on "banking partners" when in reality I believe they are just using my money for their own good. I am sure I am not the only one. My name is Andris Neimanis and company name is Bismark Transport & Logistics Ltd, I will update this review with further info once anything changes.

In love with Xonder

I loves using Xonder business banking!....

Needed support twice and their response was really quick and they helped solved the issue on the in app chat

Transfers in and out are pretty quick a few minutes could do with not having to put in a code every time

Overall though they are a good bank to choose for small businesses

Applied and got approved fairly easily. App works well with little issues, simple and easy to use and has some nice tools.

Had some trouble getting the account activated but once that was completed the app works great

I have been using this bank for the last 3 months and the app has improved a lot in that time

I would recommend xonder for anyone looking to open a business current account as it was very quick and easy for me to get setup

The account features are great and I’m also saving on transfer fees as there are no charges with xonder

Please do not bank with them! You will end up losing your money!
This is what they reply after they closed my account: "We apologise for the inconvenience. The refund is still being processed by our banking partners. We have raised the ticket and we will update you with their progress."

Same robotic response for several months

They hold my funds for several months, Despite cooperating with them with adequate response and payments proofs. If you want to save yourself try better alternatives like Tide or Revolut Business.

Xonder is a joke.

Xonder is ideal for my business. Really good and smooth app. Sending and receiving money is really fast. Signing up was simple.

I would say what made my experience great with Xonder Bank was that everything seems to be quite simple to navigate and use. I signed up through the app in less than 10 minutes and my account was fully up and running within couple of days.
I’m now running my business payments through xonder and all seems great

Great experience from start to finish

Easy and quick signup process, had to send them a document to verify my business which was a little bit of hassle but it was pretty easy to upload a picture of my business card in app and the account was swiftly approved

The app is easy to use and I love the little spending and categories tool. Xonder is a great bank to use for your business and like most business owners what I love most about it is it is FREE!!!

The best business banking app out there. I have tried all the others and Xonder is the best. The sign up process is so simple and the communication and updates is top notch. Tracking payments is easy. Sending and receiving payments are made simple. Very clever app design
