My first order unfortunately got lost in transit. After connecting customer service they were quick to respond and very efficient getting to the bottom of the problem. After the problem was identified I was given a chive of options on how to proceed. After I had chosen a replacement product to be ordered a new delivery was quickly arranged, couldn’t ask for better service highly recommend.

High-quality gloves that my daughter really loves. We received excellent support from the customer service throughout the process. We will certainly purchase more gear from this shop again

Experienced an issue with the shorts received which was dealt with professionally and promptly by the customer service team. Came up with a fair resolution which meant I was able to receive the product I wanted.

I had the wrong address written down and they changed it pretty much immediately good team over there

For a premium brand, Yokkao’s quality control is embarrassing. I ordered Matrix 14 oz gloves from a distributor in Germany and the first pair had the left glove about 1 cm larger than the right. I returned them, and the replacement had the exact same issue again. Their excuse was that the gloves are handmade so sizes can vary — but these were clearly different in size. Completely unacceptable for such an overpriced product. Never again.

Edit: I appreciate Yokkao’s response, but I’m not sure it’s entirely clear. If one glove is 1 cm bigger in every direction, it will feel and fit completely different from the other one. When you’re dealing with high-end products, the minimum expectation is that they are consistent. Being handmade is not really an excuse. So beware of buying this product without trying it first.

I ordered the wrong size and Mae fixed the problem immediately.

I received fast and informative support, and the team was always available and very kind. The products are of excellent quality, and I am very satisfied with both the service and the items I purchased.

Support was very responsive and helpful. Even delievered the items to my hotel before i payed for the delievery. And the items feel high quality and sent in a box to not get damaged. Very good!

Amazing customer service. Really went above and beyond. Products speak for themselves, great durability and comfort.

🚨 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS 🚨

They state a delivery date, and time passes, but it still doesn't arrive. No communication, no updates......NOTHING. You then asked to cancel it as it was needed for a particular date. (Just for clarity, it's been 5 weeks since the order date)

You're then told you can't cancel and to choose something else, since it's all stated in their terms. Just so everyone knows, their terms don't meet consumer law standards here in the UK, so challenge them. I am not claiming the money back via American Express.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Pessima esperienza con questa azienda.
Ho fatto un’ordine circa un mesetto fa di un pó di roba pagando un importo di 300€ é più.
All’orrivo dell’ordine mi accorgo subito che manca un capo e tempestivamente contatto l’assistenza clienti per avvisare dell’accaduto. (Preciso che il pacco é arrivato nella sua confezione originale senza alcun segno di manomissione).
Morale della favola,dopo numerose email perdi tempo,dove hanno sempre tergiversato sull’accaduto se ne sono lavate completamente lavati le mani scaricando la colpa a non so chi e mi hanno invitato di selezione l’assicurazione del pacco su un prossimo ordine futuro,che mai effettueró da loro.
Ho effettuato anche un reclama tramite paypal dove oggi ho ricevuto risposta che é stato rifiutato.
Finale della storia mi ritrovo con un prodotto ordinato e pagato senza averlo ricevuto.
Quindi consiglio a chi vorrebbe effettuare un’ordine presso questa pseudo azienda di leggere attentamente le recensioni di noi compratori e se potete di non acquistare direttamente sul loro sito altrimenti farete tutti la stessa nostra fine.
NON ACQUISTATE DA YOKKAO,é un azienda che pensa solo al proprio interesse e se ne frega del cliente.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service right away. Jose immediately helped me and passed on the information that I needed a different size. Super friendly customer service.

The staff were very competent, friendly, attentive, and responsive! They resolved my sizing issue very quickly. The shorts/outfit are of excellent quality. I highly recommend them!

Bought wrong size shorts for my son, item not eligible for return but still sorted it for me.
Delivery was quick and the quality of the product is amazing.

I’ve purchased from them twice. My first order was around mid-2004 and included 12oz Angry Bunny boxing gloves, Muay Thai pants, and shirts. My second order was more recent and included a pair of 16oz gloves along with some Muay Thai clothing.

Overall, my experience has been slightly above average. Delivery was fairly quick on both occasions, which I appreciated. However, despite being a well-known celebrity brand, the material quality felt fairly average. Given their premium pricing, the products didn’t quite live up to expectations.

I’ve also purchased Muay Thai gear from Bangkok brands such as Blegend and Banchamek, which are significantly cheaper yet offer excellent quality. If you’re in Thailand, buying locally tends to provide much better value for money.
