From the initial survey we were kept advised of progress until receiving the actual start date; when the day arrived, the ground workers prepared the site most efficiently and tidily, this was followed by a comprehensive jet wash. The next day, a crew of 5 laid the resin, we were impressed how much care was taken to leave a level surface and fill into the edges of an uneven stone wall.
Yorkshire Resin transformed an ugly concrete and broken tarmac driveway into the crowning glory of the front of our house, setting it off beautifully.

When Mark first came to quote for the job (which was one of three quotes as we also talked to a couple of other suppliers initially) we were impressed with his friendly manner and detailed, itemised quote, alongside their string of 5 star reviews.

On agreeing the quotation, we were given a start date and Aaron and his team duly arrived as scheduled and spent four days removing the old concrete and gravel driveway, laying the new edging and tarmac base. The resin was then completed around a week later as we waited for a dry weather day.

Overall a very friendly, professional service and the teams who did the work were clean, tidy and we hardly knew they were outside...

They always turned up on time and cleaned down after each day leaving no mess. If there were any queries they would discuss it with us before they did it, rather than just doing it their own way. They didn't ask for a penny upfront either, and just wanted paying once the work was finished. We are extremely happy with the final result of our patio- thank you once again.

The team worked well together. The only problem they could have asked the neighbour if they wanted to move their car before he started drilling which caused a lot of dust, hence she was not too pleased. Other wise we are pleased with the work.

Yorkshire Resin Company are a professional company that provided a satisfactory service and end product. From start to finish, all personnel were polite, helpful and worked diligently, in particular the preparation team, to complete the resin bound driveway and patio. All efforts are truly appreciated in transforming my elderly father’s poorly laid paving on top of the previous paving in to a neat finish. It was impressive to see the finish in ten days. The company did not disappoint and were flexible with timelines. Thank you for making the driveway and patio look amazing.

All the staff that I dealt with were helpful and pleasant, focus was on doing the right thing for the customer. Good communication allowed me to be aware of exactly what was happening ... and when. The start date was delayed by a few days .... but for the right reason ... ensuring the previous job was completed fully ... which gave me satisfaction that they would focus on the quality of the task for me to my satisfaction. The focus was definitely on quality. One piece of feedback that I gave verbally was that there ought to have been some eye bolts supplied for enabling future lifting of the 2 inspection chamber lids, the feedback was received well.
