The way I ordered was not the color advertised. Because they require that you call to get authorization for a return, I attempted that at least six times. They did not answer or give me the opportunity to leave a message. Bad product. No return. ba

Don't do it. Purchased a kitchen rack and never received it. They kept saying it was delivered. Then after I threatened to get PayPal involved, they told me to go to the post off to check to see if it was there. Going through PayPal now to get a refund. Wish I would have read these reviews earlier.

This is a scam company. I ordered shelves that were suppose to be counter height and they were 6 inches tall.

This place is as useful as the Chinese Communist Party. Sent me a piece of junk worth about a buck. I sent them $31 for a completely different product. Liars and cheats. They know there's nothing you can do.

Can't return item because they don't reply to any email. I plan to contact the better business bureau.

It’s a scam! Don’t buy from them. I placed my order on May 15, and still no news as if it was shipped or not. Also, I did a little research, and turns out that photos of some dresses originally belong to other companies. So, my guess is that Chinese workers are trying to replicate some European and American brands. I am not quite sure I will ever receive my order, and now that I check their website, it says it’s unavailable. Any ideas on how I can get my money back?

The company totes itself as having fast shipping. I made my order 19 days ago, and still no package. When you place an order, they give you zero idea of when it'll ship/arrive (unlike every other online store in the world), which becomes super frustrating as you don't know if it'll arrive in a week, or a month. They have this tracking tool but it doesn't work. I've also learned from other reviews that they don't accept returns.

I can't yet speak to the quality of the product, but the issue with shipping is enough for me to say I'll never shop here again. Order from within whichever country you live is my advice. Oh yeah, they don't even tell you they're in China. I wouldn't have ever ordered from somewhere so far away had I known the facts.

I recommend a hard pass on this company.

Such a scam!!!! I’ve been trying to return 4 dresses to this company since last OCTOBER!! They won’t give me their return address because they say their company is in “China”. I paid to expedite my shipment because I needed a dress for my sisters wedding. The dresses showed up THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING (two weeks AFTER they should’ve been to my house since I paid extra)! Needless to say, I already bought a dress at Nordstrom so no need for any of these dresses. I tried to return them 2 days later. They still won’t give me a return address and it’s now the last day of February. Their emails are telling me that my 30 day return policy has expired (even though I have been trying to return these dresses two days after I received them). They are liars, they don’t even read your emails and just repeat the same thing over and over. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I cannot wait until this company gets shut down for good! I have over 50 emails between their company and myself and they seriously don’t even read your emails and just say I can’t return these dresses. Horrible costumer service and are MAJOR liars!!!!

Bought a dress, didn’t fit, never returned my emails about returning. Sham business and should be shut down. Lesson learned.

I purchased from this website and bought 4 dresses, I researched all they’re policies prior to purchase and paid with PayPal just in case there was an issue with me never receiving my items. I did receive them all from China within a month and a half. 2 items were grossly misrepresented and per they’re return policy they say they will allow for return with a misrepresented item free of charge. This was incorrect they did not allow me to return the item and instead threatened me with having to pay return shipping to China which was very expensive they told me. They never provided a return label either. I had to go thru my credit card company and provide them all emails and the returns policy and have been able to fix it. Kind of! Stay away from this store! I do not recommend it

It took over a month to get the order and two items in my order weren't in stock when they finally got around to mailing my order. I bought 7 items totalling over $300 and originally the estimated ship date they gave me versus the actual ship date was at least 3 weeks. The items were very poor quality and material and the items that were mailed looked totally different than in the photo. For example, I bought a burnt orange dress and when I opened the package, it was a tangerine, bright orange. I went back to the website to compare photos and of course it's not there anymore. It's like they want to cover their tracks because they know it's not the same color/pattern as pictured. I'm not even attempting a return because of all the other reviews that said they had a hell of a time getting a refund.

quality sucks. sizing is all off. they are a pain to talk to and they don't honor their return policy. NEVER AGAIN

BUYER BEWARE !!! POOR POOR quality clothes and on top of that they do not honor their return refund policy instead delaying the process with various requests for pictures and measurements and in the end they try to offer a fraction of the refund. Please avoid the hassle and the headache of dealing with this company. AVOID ordering from them unless you have money to give away.

I second all the poor reviews- it took weeks to receive my items. Two never arrived, but i did receive an immediate refund on that. However, the remaining items I contacted about returning has been an endless back and forth with ridiculous requests for measurements and pictures of where the item doesn’t fit. No response for at least one week now.

I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchased. Five weeks and I’m still waiting, the helpful response from them is “don’t worry, it’s on it’s way”. I’m not worried, I’m angry.. I’ve requested to cancel the order (due to time taking for the order to arrive) and get a refund, guess what - they are ignoring my email. I have no trust whatsoever in this company and I expect that if my order ever arrives the items will need to be returned which based on reviews will be another saga. My strong advice is don’t use this site, you will only waste your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You are not able to return your items if they do not fit and they will not refund your money. It is basically extortion to get US dollars to China.

I have the same experience that these other reviewers. They do not deliver the advertised products, super poor quality. In fact I received less than what I actually paid for.
Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

Reißverschlüsse defekt, eine Hose ist quasi durchsichtig, das Unterkleid eines Kleides so kurz, dass es die Unterwäsche bei transparentem Überstoff nicht verdeckt usw.
Ich wollte 4 Teile (Gesamtpreis: 125$) retournieren - laut Return Policy kein Problem - denkste!
Nach ewigem Hin & Her bei dem der Kundenservice erst nicht verstanden hat (oder verstehen wollte?), was mein Problem ist, kam heute diese Mail:

"Friend, returning a parcel to china will cost you expensive shipping fee and it is very inconvenient.
Can you consider accepting $12 compensation we offer and then keep your items?
If you insist on returning, the package will take a long time to arrive and easy to be lost on the long shipping way, which will waste a lot of time.
Let us solve this matter as soon as possible. We are so sorry, but we hope you can understand.
If you agree, we will arrange compensation immediately."
Auf der Website steht nirgendwo (!), dass man eine Retoure aufgrund mangelhafter Ware selbst bezahlen muss - scheinbar sieht das der Kundenservice anders.
Außerdem versucht man auf lächerlichste Art und Weise einen Rabatt auszuhandeln, damit man die Ware nicht zurücknehmen muss. Die wissen schon wieso!! Aber 1/10 des Preises ist einfach viel zu wenig, dafür dass die Sachen untragbar sind!

They said that dress cost over $100 and show that dresses are on sale , big scam this is China cheap quality dresses , dont ever buy stuff from this store, I bought few items, the quality is garbage, sewing quality is garbage as well like the seams are not even straight so ugly and dog dresses, I bought small size I'm usually small anywhere I buy even I looked at the measurements they came 2- 3 latter, then i contact the service that wantee to return the stuff they day i need pics , really , very bad customer service, but even a joke , they never send me the address to return the items. I'm still waiting, plz people dont waist your money and time on this , they sell garbage stuff
