What a lovely company

Alfie was a lovely gentleman to talk with, he was clear and made sure I understood everything. I didnt feel pressured to take the policy. Everything was easy and I was happy with the service I was offered.

Should of stayed with domestic and…

Should of stayed with domestic and general, can book online,7 days a week this company can only call Monday-friday. If I was paying it I wouldn't of continued to pay cancelled DD.

We understand that convenience is important, and we appreciate your comments regarding contact availability and online booking options. Our opening hours are aligned with engineer availability, as many engineers do not operate over the weekend. We also share the same nationwide engineering network used by many of our competitors, so while some providers may allow customers to log a call seven days a week, this does not always mean an engineer can be sourced or attend during that same weekend period.

Feedback like yours is valuable to us as we continue to review and improve the service we provide to our customers.

We are also sorry to hear that you chose to cancel your Direct Debit and your cover with us. While we are disappointed to lose you as a customer, we do appreciate the opportunity you gave us.

An unsolicited call however the young man persevered and we spoke.
He was very pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. He explained the reason for the call and highlighted the benefits of the service being offered. He ensure I was happy with this. A very nice conversation.

Helpful and I believe honest advise

I was contacted by the company and spoke to Lucy, she understood my wariness in these times we live in and sent me all the details via email so I could check out reviews, companies house etc which I did. I decided to go ahead with the policy and made a substantial saving by paying a yearly payment saving having monthly direct debits. Lucy was extremely helpful and answered all my queries and I felt she gave me good advise so I am happy to give her 5 stars also.

I have never received any documentation…

I have never received any documentation describing the policy or how to make a claim on the policy and just phonecalls telling me what a wonderful product it is.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel you haven’t received the documentation relating to your cover, this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

All policy documents, including details of your cover and how to make a claim, are issued at the point of sale via email and Postal as well as being available upon request at any time. We also send follow-up communications to ensure everything has been received correctly. However, we appreciate that sometimes emails can be missed, filtered, or not received as expected.

Your documentation has been printed to post out today and also emailed to the email address we have on file. We have also tried to contact yourself 3 times today to no success.

We’d really like the opportunity to put this right for you. If you could contact our team on 0800 023 9900, we will happily guide you through your cover and the claims process step by step.
