Went to look at a car and found that Adam wasn't supportive or helpful, couldn't help with trying to negotiate a deal to purchase the car in question. Initially gave me £750 for my car as part exchange but within 5 mins and a mechanics quick look, reduce my car to £500. Explained to me that Director want to lower it to £300. Was told the tracking was out and air con needed re-gassing, both so called faults are £100 at most. To reduce a car by £250/450 is crazy. I had a tyre changed 2 weeks ago and tracking checked. To also be told that Adam (Sales team) has no say in the negotiations a price for the car i was interested in or better the price of the part exchange.

Felt I was brushed off and there was no customer service.

Shame because the car was beautiful and idea for my family, poor sales team or poor Director for not allowing the sales team to sell.

Cash and Adam were helpful and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Will be buying my next car off them again.

I was looking for a while for a new car. The once I liked was 3 hours away. I was sceptical to pay almost £15.000 on line, but the guys from Your car supermarket made it easy and reliable. They sent me a video and we even talked over WhatsApp and they showed me their beautiful cars in their showroom. The young man who's name is Canon was very helpful and understanding. Made the whole purchase easy and trustworthy. They delivered my car next day exact time as promised in excellent as new condition. No hidden charges just truly excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and many thanks to the whole team.

I visited the dealership in Coventry on 14th June and test drove a VW Polo. I subsequently left a deposit with the intention of proceeding with the purchase.

Initially, we were asked to sign a finance agreement, which we did without issue. However, shortly afterwards, we were told a second agreement needed to be signed with a different company, as the original "didn’t go through" - with no clear explanation provided. The new agreement incorrectly recorded the deposit as £1,000, which was different to the value we had paid. When we questioned this, we were simply told by Adam that he had "sorted it." We didn’t feel comfortable signing something in our names that wasn’t accurate, especially when the figures didn’t reflect what we’d actually paid.

To make matters worse, we contacted the original finance company directly and were informed they had not received any request to cancel the initial agreement - it was still active and in the application phase. Meanwhile, we continued to receive repeated pressure from Adam to "sign ASAP", which only added to our concerns.

After further research, we discovered the vehicle was significantly overpriced - listed at £10,000, while comparable models with lower mileage and newer registrations were being advertised for around £5,000. Given the combination of inaccurate paperwork, vague communication, and pricing concerns, we decided not to proceed and requested the return of our deposit.

Initially, we were told on Monday that the refund would take a couple of days. Despite following up several times, the deposit has still not been returned, and I was even asked again to provide my bank details. After further chasing, we were then told the deposit wouldn’t be refunded because the invoice stated it was non-refundable. However, at no point were we provided with an invoice - not in the dealership and not via email. In fact, we were told on the day that the deposit was refundable.

I raised these concerns via email twice since, but have since been completely ignored. While the in person service at the dealership was initially positive, the follow up has been highly unprofessional. My partner received multiple vague and persistent calls and messages, and I was even sent a photo of the car with the caption: “Still waiting for you to take me home, daddy” - an inappropriate and unprofessional attempt to pressure us into proceeding.

The overall experience has been incredibly disappointing - from being pressured to sign inaccurate finance agreements, to misleading pricing, to now being denied a refund we were verbally assured we’d receive. To be told the deposit is non-refundable based on an invoice we were never given - either in person or electronically - is simply unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and would strongly urge others to proceed with caution. I will now be escalating this through legal channels and reporting the matter to Trading Standards.
