Just took way too long with hardly any updates. Ordered it on the 2/12/25 and it just arrived today. Emailed customer service and they were helpful at time but still had no ETA on when it’ll get here.

Absolutely disgusting not one return email. We ordered over four weeks ago a personalised jersey for Christmas to say we’re disappointed is an absolute understatement.

Do not order from these guys. Absolute scam. Not even sure they are a real company.

Ordered a jersey on 2nd of August and still hasn't been shipped. This was a memoriam jersey for my late brother and They have stopped communication for the last week. Last I heard ot was being express posted the next day still nothing.

Not sure why the negative reviews, I couldn't be happier with my customised Queensland maroons jersey. I spoke to Sophie on the phone who was very friendly and helpful. I even asked for it sent express in time for state of origin and I got the jersey 2 days later with the express fee waived. Jersey looks awesome. Would recommend and buy again.

Delivery took a while but I was very impressed with my custom Richmond jersey for my mum. Fully licensed jersey with tags to prove it too!✌️🥳

Scammed 😭 and I’m so disappointed. I placed an order on 03/02/2025 and estimated delivery was 24/02/2025. I emailed asking for tracking details or an update and I got such a half arsed response saying “you will definitely receive tracking, I received a tee instead of a singlet” I was confused because this was after estimated delivery which meant it hadn’t been sent out at all?? I’ve emailed twice again since then and haven’t received any response. I’m so annoyed.

It's a total scam ..

They show photos of the real on field guernsey/Jersey/Jumper whatever you want to call it on the store website. But when the package arrived it was just a replica like all the other stores replicas up for sale .

If I could give them No stars for false advertisement and scamming I would ..

Absolutely Terrible

I ordered a QLD State of Origin Jersey six weeks ago, but despite the payment being taken from my account, the product still hasn't been delivered. I've attempted to contact the company via email and phone, but there has been no response. The phone number just rings without an answer. I strongly recommend against buying from this vendor.

Scam. Just like all of the other 1 star reviews. Taken money, emailed me to say they are out of stock, I requested a different jersey, no reply, requested a refund, no reply, have ghosted me. Reported to authorities.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. Order didn’t arrive. Took our money over a month ago and product never arrived. Have reported to PayPal.

Got the order wrong, emailed back once then haven’t heard again. They don’t want to know me.

Ordered a jersey for a special gift that hasn’t arrived!! Tried to contact them via email, facebook, instagram, their help page and calling and had no response!! Paid good money for nothing!!

ordered a jersey 8 weeks ago as it said in stock, a week later was told it was a glitch and they had no stock. 6 weeks later i finally received it and it was a ladies large instead of a mens. 4 email later to no reply, i have no answers. Tried calling, the voice mail said all correspondence through email, but that clearly doesnt work. Very disappointing. Will not recommend and will not buy from again.

Buyer Beware! Its a scam!
My husband ordered 2 jerseys 01/09 - we heard nothing so followed up for a shipping update only to be advised that the tracking on the order wasn’t working so the shipping needed to be investigated. We followed up again a week later for an update and have had ZERO communication back. Absolutely zero response received; and 5 weeks later still no order received. They took our money and we have nothing to show for it. Do not buy from this place! We are escalating now to try and get a refund.

Generally the process from here is we will lodge an investigation with them and wait on the outcome, which will either result in them finding the package or declaring it lost in which case we will get another order made up for you.

Please bare with us as we work through the process in trying to find the item. Sorry again for the delay in it arriving.

I never received my purchase, I purchased on the 31st august, shipping said it could be anytime between 7-21 September, I emailed them and submitted a webform asking for tracking info on the 22nd September and got this response on the 25th September

I got no updates from them after this, I waited a further week before I asked for another update and haven’t been able to get a response from them via email, webform or Instagram, I called the phone number and emailed the number the voicemail service directed to as well. I’ve had to escalate to PayPal for a refund since there’s no way to get any sort of response from them at all. The jersey was $204.99 and was supposed to be a gift for my dad so it’s pretty disappointing to not be able to give him the gift I wanted to.

Steer clear, if you have any issues you’ll never hear from them again

I ordered a Jersey for my grandson on the 12th May for his 18th Birthday. Recieved confirmation and order number saying it would reach him for the 4th June. His birthday is 9th June so plenty of time. I rang him to wish him happy birthday and no Jersey has arrived. I emailed them asking why, they said they'd emailed me to say there was a problem with stock. They have never sent any email apart from the one to say it would arrive by the 4th. There was no apology or anything. I'm currently waiting for my refund but I will definately not be using this company again. Customer support did not even offer apology. I'm more than upset

I have nothing bad to say about your jersey. I made an online order from an add that was on Facebook late one night,and accidentally ordered the wrong shirt I quickly sent an email to correct my order .it was no problem . A return email was exchanged and they were more than happy to correct my error.
My email was sent Australia Post which allowed tracking easier for me .
My shirt which was a gift was delivered within a week which was fantastic as it was interstate and extreme weather, which I expected delays.
The receiver of the jersey absolutely loved it and loved the fact it had his own name on it.
True supporter. Already considering for more gifts for the rest of the family.

Worst company to deal with, shirt was never sent, emailed several times and no response; do you self a favour and buy somewhere else I still have no shirt or refund

Poor customer service. Ordered a personalised jersey for a birthday gift on the 10/06 with an estimated delivery date between 17/06 and 01/07. Confirmation email dated 10/06 advised that the order was being processed. On the 28/06, 18 days later, when I contacted customer support I was told that the order was in production and that it was due to leave midweek by express post. I question what was happening in the previous 18 days that my order was only then in production. Midweek came and went and still no order received. I emailed customer support, again, only to be ignored. No response at all. Needless to say I did not get the item I ordered in time for the birthday. It appears that customer support were deliberately misleading. Knowing full well that this order would not be delivered by the estimated date. I finally got my order a week later only to be met with more disappointment. I paid for premium name and number but what I got was far from premium quality. The number transfer onto the jersey was uneven and bumpy. Didn’t bother contacting them again as I knew they would not respond. Will never order anything from this mob again.
