problema ad un robottino per piscina nuovo. Contattati più volte tramite il format sul sito. Mai ricevuto risposta! contattato il centro assistenza più vicino a casa mia Aquatek di casale sul sile risposte zero. Prodotti che costano ma una volta comperati te li tieni.,,state alla larga!

Stopped climbing walls after a few months. Cleaned and maintenance followed as suggested, but died after 3 years🤬 Garbage for 1200€😖

The Zodiac Mx6 does a great job when it's not consistently getting stuck on the transition or in a corner.
You would think that they would have figured a way to resolve this problem. I spend more time getting it unstuck then necessary.

I own a pool cleaning company in New Zealand we clean pools and supply equipment to our clients,we have recently decided to stop using Zodiac products (robot cleaners and there salt cells) because of the unreliability and extremely BAD after sales service in Auckland even in there warranty period
Please don’t use there products completely unreliable

I bought a Zodiac pool cleaner 4x4 €1400 euros 2 years ago for our pool in our vacation home in Tuscany. We use the pool for 6 weeks a year so the pool cleaner has been used 12 weeks every other day 48 times max 100 hours. The electronics stopped functioning, I go back to the supplier and he says it must have been left out in the rain and got wet No No NO then he says it has been exposed to too much sun Ha HA it is stored in a dark cupboard.
Then you read the operating manual and it says don`t get it wet, and don`t expose to sunlight. Lazy and cheap electronics that can be waterproofed I have a waterproof Ipod for swimming and the joke put the machine in the shade when using do I need to use an umbrella for the machine ??? Come on Zodiac stop thinking of cost and get your act together. Chris

This is the 4th season we have had the Zodiac V4 remote control pool cleaner. It is meticulously maintained. The robot recently stopped working Error message 10 appeared on the control panel , indicating an electrical fault. Sent it to the dealer here in Mallorca. There response was to replace the motor and the cable at a cost of nearly 1000 euros. There explanation; The motor is only designed to do 1000 hours . Our motor had 1400 hours. My issue; we use the robot from May to October for 3 hours a day. 3/4 times per week . This is not excessive use. The local shop we bought it from were astonished with the response from the manufacturer . At no point was I told this machine had a shelf life of 3 years. Do NOT buy this machine. 1000 hours is a ridiculously short life for such an expensive machine.

Après avoir acheté un robot à 1200 € je n'ai jamais eu de réponse à mes questions concernant les soucis rencontrés (erreur affichee sur l'écran)
Inadmissible pour une marque soit disant référente dans le domaine.
Un ami a acheté un dolphin et a été largement plus satisfait que moi... Un service après vente à l'écoute et une reactivité exemplaire

Seit bald 40 Jahren fahre ich Zodiac Boote und habe in der Zeit 3 Boote gekauft, z.Z. habe ich ein Medline.

Leider wurde die Qualität immer schlechter, die Verklebung hält einfach nicht. Ich haben beim Medline, innerhalb von 10 Jahren nun bereits den 2. Schlauch aufgezogen. Das erste Mal konnte man die aufgeplatzen Nähte nicht mehr reparieren, war natürlich kurz nachdem die Garantie abgelaufen war.

Herbst 2017 habe ich dann einen neuen Schlauch gekauft, bei welchem sich 2018 bereits wieder die Scheuerleiste ablöste. Diese wurde dann auf Garantie nochmals verleimt, hat sich aber 2019 bereits wieder abgelöst, die Antwort von Zodiac... die Garantie ist abgelaufen, wir können Ihnen leider nicht mehr weiterhelfen.

Herzlichen Dank Zodiac, ich werde bestimmt nie wieder bei euch ein Boot kaufen.

I have been driving Zodiac boats for almost 40 years and have bought 3 boats at the time, currently I have a medline.

Unfortunately, the quality got worse and worse, the gluing just didn't last. At the Medline, I have already put on the second tube within 10 years. The first time you could not repair the burst seams, of course, was shortly after the guarantee had expired.

In the fall of 2017, I bought a new hose, in which the rubbing strip already came off in 2018. This was then glued again on guarantee, but has already replaced itself in 2019, Zodiac's answer ... the guarantee has expired, we can no longer help you.

Thank you very much Zodiac, I will definitely never buy a boat from you again.

Je conduis des bateaux Zodiac depuis près de 40 ans et j'ai acheté 3 bateaux à l'époque, actuellement J'ai un medline.

Malheureusement, la qualité s'est détériorée de plus en plus, le collage n'a tout simplement pas duré. Au Medline, j'ai déjà mis le deuxième tube en 10 ans. La première fois que vous n'avez pas pu réparer les coutures éclatées, bien sûr, c'était peu de temps après l'expiration de la garantie.

À l'automne 2017, j'ai acheté un nouveau tuyau, dans lequel la bande de frottement s'était déjà détachée en 2018. Celui-ci a ensuite été recollé sur la garantie, mais s'est déjà remplacé en 2019, réponse de Zodiac ... la garantie a expiré, nous ne pouvons plus vous aider.

Merci beaucoup Zodiac, je ne vous achèterai certainement plus jamais de bateau.

Un robot c… comme un balai
Je sais maintenant d'où vient cette expression ayant acheté un robot de piscine Vortex, soit disant le meilleur du marché (c'est quand même plus de 1000€ pour une boite en plastique et un moteur) pour ma piscine selon le vendeur (forme libre avec trois marches arrondies).
On s'amuse comme des fous : soit le robot fait un vol plané sans toucher sol, soit se retourne sur le dos et se vide de tout ce qu'il a ramassé lorsque l'on se sert de la fonction Lift, soit de toute façon fini "échoué" sur les marches qu'il n'arrive ni à monter ni à descendre… et sans compté qu'à ce prix là, les concepteurs n'ont ni inséré une connexion tournante du fil électrique (le robot s'amuse souvent à se pendre par son fil), ni bien entendu un enrouleur pour le fil qu'il faut donc entièrement dérouler bien à plat avant usage pour ne pas avoir un "tire bouchon" réduit à quelques mètres (le fil fait 18m ce qui au final est tout juste suffisant pour une piscine de 12m, le socle étant sur le bord)
