Easy communication and no complicated jargon

I have had more than one account with Wyelands over a couple of years. I simply need to deal online with no need for contact re fixed rate savings. All admin matters dealt with efficiently - acknowledgements, confirmation of receipt of funds, advance notice re maturities, and the maturity itself - all dealt with efficiently. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Bank.

I don't need constant access to the staff of this Bank. All the communication I get is absolutely fine. For my particular needs, which includes good interest paid on savings, I award this Bank FIVE STARS.

A very professional bank with professional staff.

Everything was as described. First class

No acknowledgement of account opening documentation or of funds sent to you. It took approx 3 weeks to open the savings account. Other banks have much better email acknowledgement systems & are much quicker at opening the account.

It's a bank. With that caveat, it does what it says on the tin. It offered a reasonable (for the times) rate of return on an investment. It was simple to open an account and Wyeland's staff were responsive and helpful to enquiries. They paid interest promptly and in full and returned a capital sum on the due date. Would I invest with them again? Yes. Is your money safe with them? In my experience, yes. It's a relatively new bank and good competition for the arrogant monoliths that dominate UK banking. I wish them well.
